  • truly sublime...

  • I love Beethoven's late quartets and you have done a superb job with this. It's also a great way for people to discover such profound music. Well done.

  • Thank you very much, lewars1912!

This is certainly my favorite Beethoven piece.

  • A perfect piece for a perfect movie!

It's so sad but yet so beautiful.

  • Yay - we agree! Thanks for the comment!

  • You did a wonderful job!

It is amazing how great the music fits in with the scene composure: e.g. the scene when first Robbie touches the water in the fountain, then Briony is seen through the window and finally Robbie pulling the doorbell string.

Another great scene is when the music calms down again and Cecilia is rearranging her hair: Just as the emotion the music transforms...

So, thank you very much. It was a great pleasure to watch the video!

  • Thank you, MLDfan!!!

    And you are quite welcome!

It's great that you felt the emotions during those scenes - along with the music - just as I did.

I couldn't believe how well the movie went with the piece! (For example, the scenes you mentioned, with the exception of the doorbell, were unedited - I didn't change them - they just came together with the music.)

Anyway - I'm babbling! Thanks again!!!
