The gentleman who notified authorities should have pointed to the slander being committed, not to "offensive speech." Offensive speech is usually protected. Of course, Bro. i got a problem with one of these preachers, a particularly nasty one in Ybor City, Tampa, FL, called Larry Keffer.. he blocks ppl on youtube for commenting on the videos he creates by filming YOU on the street, without any ones permission of course.. he cant answer questions, just regurgitates memorized scriptures, and harasses and targets people standing on line to get into clubs. he frequently camps across the street from The Castle in Ybor before the club opens and harasses us

Some of the things you have on this video, I am appalled by. First to say that Martin Luther King is in hell is wrong. You are condemning people for their sin, do you not sin. The bible does teach original sin( Roman 5:12), you are doing God a disfavor. You are not teaching the gospel, you are doing more harm than good. If every college in the U.S. gets at least one of these guys on a regular basis then that would mean there are thousands of these guys doing this. Can you imagine the difference these guys could make if they voluntered their time at shelters, hospitals and hospices instead of wasting it doing this? You know, the idea that Ghandi and Mother Theresa are in Hell is actually fairly common in Christianity. Good deeds mean nothing. They do not help secure your spot in heaven. Isaiah 64:6: and all our righteous acts are like filthy rags. One reason, for sure, why I will never subscribe to Christianity. I feel like, if there was a Heaven, good people should get to go there. Seems simple to me.

Legally, this is tricky. All involved parties have a right to speech. But, did the campus consent to his presence? That's question 1. The gentleman who notified authorities should have pointed to the slander being committed, not to "offensive speech." Offensive speech is usually protected. Of course, Bro. Micah's condemnations were ill-founded and obviously ridiculous, so the question of credibility comes into play. Is it really slander, if the suspect's speech is known to be dubious?

Poor guy, somebody needs to take another look at some of Jesus' preachings on LOVE and TOLERANCE. Jesus made the Church to help people and the spread the Good News not judge. And there were so many strong females in the Bible that it makes me a little doubtful that we will be going to Hell. That woman was very brave to stand up there in front of him and be called a whore in front of a crowd. Freedom of speech is a constitutional right, HOWEVER, when you use it INFRINGE someone ELSES rights, you no longer reserve that freedom.
If he's calling these students "Sluts" and such, then he has INFRINGED their rights, and committed verbal assault, he has a right to preach, however he has no right to insult.
The boy was right, freedom of speech became invalid when he insulted the students.
If what someone says offends you, you have to get over it, UNLESS it was MEANT to offend you.

You need to have a life beyond reproach to preach the Gospel. He is calling people to do good. To stop fornicating without marriage involved, to stop sinning.
