  • Did you know that the finest athletes in the world only have seconds of energy at 100% or 12 seconds at 85%? More drawn out mediocre training is not helping kids. Do a set or two and rest. The kids will do better, be faster, and be an impactful player. Fit but slow kids don't move up the food-chain.
