Not possible.

In storymode you can't switch from character to character like on Free Mode.

So if it were to be done on storymode no Minkit's would be collected.

You need to get the smaller dinosaur mechanic and take it too the wall. Exit the dinosaur by holding C. When you get out go over the wall. Then use the demolition suit and BINGO!
