What they should invent is the "Bitchsmacker". In all new cars, mount a leather strap to the ceiling above the driver. Any approaching siren will activate the Bitchsmacker, It will smartly swipe the driver across the head, especially useful when music too loud/putting on makeup at the wheel/texting/cell phoning/eating.....Sure fire way to get the attention.
