"here comes the sun" isnt in the setlist, its a song that can be downloaded from day 1 by xbox360 users and later by wii/ps3 users. but considering they did that on purpose the others might all still be in it

actually here comes the sun has been confirmed to be in the game on release. the songs from abbey road that aren't on the original game will be released as dlc however.
