This is a cellular Array. (ie- a cell phone tower. The triangular shape is typical and can be found all over the world, to include the US. The darker parch is caused by fill (replacing the soft soil with harder, more stable soil for the foundation. I went and found it on Google Earth, and had a look at what was around it. If it isn't a Telstra installation, it's probably connected with the wind farm.

My guess is it's some sort of radio transmitting mast, or possibly a Telstra microwave repeater. I can see its shadow cast on the ground in a WSW direction, and the guy wires for such a mast would be laid out in a trianguar pattern. The dark triangle is the area fenced off around the outermost guy wire anchors. The Emu Downs wind farm is only a few kilometres almost directly north of this location. The nearest town appears to be Badgingarra on the Brand Highway.

If real, it looks pretty much like the famous Belgian UFO triangles that were officially acknowledged by the Belgian government as unidentified, captured SIMULTANEOUSLY by radar, ground officals (military and police), jet fighters and hundreds of civilians [search Belgian UFO on youtube].
