  • SO SIICCKKK!!!!

  • congrats ! you are accurate like gilbert.

  • Very nice

  • awesome job on the solo ...that's the biggest problem I have with learning songs I can never get the solo...no matter how simple it is....obviously not saying this one is simple lol

  • file mou ola kala, alla to tripani den einai makita!

  • how do you make it

  • Wow, great performance!

    Very good.

  • the last part should be the drills feed back..

  • @masamangboy Not all drills do that "sound"

  • Finally someone who n=knows how to play it properly!

  • Great cover,I wish I could play like you.

  • Nice, my mates played this live the other week, and are gonna again in a few days. The drill bit is amazing!!!

  • lol xD

  • it weould be hard to not break a string with the drill, seems like the picks being plastic would get hot and burr, and all it woulod take is for a very tiny hair of that plastic to fray to carch and break that string, in a rather violent manner, lol

  • Watching too many cartoons, my friend....hehehe

  • takes alot mor efriction then that to melt plastic lol

  • wat kind of ibanez is that it is beautiful?

  • RG 550

  • thanks a ton bro

  • the sound of the drill sort of drowns out the sound of the guitar

  • Well done! :)

  • can that break a string usinq a drill?

  • o klassikos malakas ellinas....!!!

  • Nice work Dude im impressed

  • great, the picked part is really clean and accurate, well done man!!

  • my makita has better tone....

  • aww, i was waiting for the "WAH WAH WAH WAH WAH" with the drill at the end

  • haha only the old drills make that cool sound, he prolly has a new one

  • my new drill still does it. its the magnets in the motor i think. check my vid out youll see

  • I think it maybe because Paul's drill is battery powered, so it makes those noises that are pickedup.

  • i know that, i was just saying i really like that bit and this guy didnt do it

  • wow i didn't know david blaine plays guitar... i'm totally shocked..,.

  • LMFAO

  • wooo!!

    You're real good man!!!

  • I love you're guitar. nice drill too ahah. nice job

  • Great Great job brother!!

  • awesome!

  • sweet

  • Finally!! Somebody covers the solo with a f'n drill!!! Thank-you!!!

  • LMFAO LOLOLLLL

    hhahahah

  • pretty cool only problem was the drill was louder than the amp so you got unwanted sound.. but that's pretty hard to deal with in your room so great nonetheless!

  • I took a look to all your videos...

    im really impressed bout them

    keep on rockin, man! :)

    Greetings from lux

  • Great clean powerful picking! That was hot man.

BTW you have a bit of that "Paul Gilbert face" at the end of the video. Not sure if it's intentional, but that's funny.

  • man. nice ibanez color. i want my JEM 77V to have a red pickguard..

  • awesome. how come ritchie kotzen. never played a solo like this with mr. big?

  • he didn't use a drill

  • he used drill live on the japanese show :)

  • hahahaha

  • lol niceone, you know how to acheive the noise he makes at the end of the drill?

  • The really high pitched squeals? he runs the head of the drills (the spinning metal part without the pick) down the string while sliding down

  • no need to slide.. the pickup detects metal (or to be exact electrons) that move and translates them to voltage using magnetic fields. the noise is from the movement of the metal part of the engine of the drill.

  • please reply me why paul become solo?and what happenned bo mr big band?

  • How'd you make the pick on the drill?

  • thats a good ass cover solo dude keep shreddin

  • Wow, is that a black and decker ?!?!?!?!

  • Ha ha ha!

  • Nice playing. You "cheated" on the Em arpeggio, though. PG plays it 19p15p12 on the high e string, then 16 on the g string, then 12 15 on the e string. You used the sweep form :P

  • You + long hair - beard = Daron Malakian

    Nice job too.

  • you+long beard+turban=osama bin laden

  • hahaha this is so funny.youre not serious right

  • woow is that a RG550 ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • yep

  • Please Dude, explain to me, how can you put picks on a drill??? xD

  • sweet 550!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • u r supposed to have 3 picks on the end of that drill

glue 3 picks together, screw them into a wooden dowell and put the dowell onto the drill bit, you could probably find instructions somewhere...

  • Nice work man!

  • you look like Maddox

  • Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!

    You shred like a god.

  • is that David Blaine

  • Yeah!!! Haha...You rock! Your picking is AMAZING

  • rofl!!! nicely done!! hahaha (:

  • Nice use of the power drill. If you try using a lower string to play the drill solo, you might pick up less of the drill on your pickups.

  • Nice, man. Love the 'Nez, too! It seems to be a prerequisite to play an Ibanez if you attempt this song. I just watched the Cafe vid and it's killer...Paul plays (and is endorsed by) Ibanez..I'm a MAJOR Ibanez fan and just tried to play it on my RGT6EXFX...I see a trend! lol

  • hahah that rox

  • niiiiiice!! uiaheah!

  • lol

  • Insane guy!!! hahahaha fantastic ! XD

  • Omg thats crazy awesome

  • Cool, but you should use the engine on the drill to create those weird effects at the end of the solo.

  • hhaa nice dude! i think you the only got on youtube who actually used the drill to play that part

  • Take a look at the band Cafe playing this Mr Big classic live.
