Hey there! Just spotted a link to your review on Twitter. I work with some of the folks behind the scenes on this game, and I wanted you to know that they are aware of lag on some people's iPhones and iPod Touches. They're working hard to tighten that up, as well as make some other changes that other reviews have mentioned.
The game will only get better as updates are released! Keep an eye out, and I've dropped a link to Shinobi Ninja to this review, so they'll probably be in touch as well! :)
I have this app, albeit not on an iPhone but on a 32gb iPod, and it doesn't lag at all. I was really surprised to see such pronounced lag in this video because there is an enormous difference with mine. It might be the amount of apps you have like you suggested; a friend of mine has the 3g and downloaded the free version of the game and has no lag on it either.
@nofrojeff2000 Thanks for the info. As an app reviewer I can't help but want to keep all my apps on the phone sometimes, hahah. But that's nice to know. It just felt so choppy for me.
@appsocket ah cool, your videos look really nice, I own a Creative Vado HD, but when I have tried to shoot my iPhone, just hasn't looked very good, will try and shoot some footage later maybe my setup is wrong, or maybe Kodak camera is just better, I don't know

@AppScreencast I use a Kodak Zi8 in macro mode. It films really nice surprisingly

@appsocket Ok just took another look at the Vado, has no macro mode, so that why its no good for shooting close ups :(
