I hope Sam and Addie will be togheter but it seems like it's not going to happen.Maybe the point of Shonda it's too show how Addison changed but i want her to be happy...I know Pete is a great friend and i think she is in love with the idea of having a man and a baby(well a family) but for me she just not in love with Pete.And he isn't either.
@breytonforever So much word! They're using each other to get by, that a relationship does not make. I think that yes Addison has shown how much she's grown by not crossing that line with Sam, but I think it's unfair that she has to give up the man she's in love with. We as an audience have seen them grow closer and how well they work together. I want them to have a real shot.

She is the doctor they called in for a second opinion. Happens all the time. Doctors ideas clash all the time. It's business. This is why they have things called "second opinion". I don't get the Vanessa hate. She hasn't done anything yet, except her job. Is it because she is with Sam? Or because she is a qualified physician showing some decent competition? And even if she is wrong, Addison has been wrong before too. It happens.
I agree, I don't get how Naomi can think it's okay for Addison to be with Pete, despite his history with and feelings for Violet, yet the hypothetical idea of Addison and Sam would for her make Addison the most horrible person in the world... Addison needs to come clean to Naomi NOW, this thing with Pete can't go on :(

My entire professional life I've been riding in the shadows of the reputation of the famous double board certified red head. I'm not gonna do it in my personal life too." Well Vanessa I say go back to hiding in the shadows of Addison reputation, where you belong. BUH-BYE

and we all saw as the episode progressed that Addie was NOT wrong! The woman went into a coma and ended up being a human incubator for the triplets.

I don't get how Naomi can encourage Addison to play happy family with Pete. I thought she's Violet's friend, too.
And this scene reminds me of the elevator scene in Greys with Derek and all his women.^^
