  • I dont know what it is, and to be frank I don't really want to, but whatever this band does has a magic sense to it. Whatever it is keep doing it!

  • man! I was driving in Frisco around last Christmas, pouring down rain, streets empty, parked at the goldengate bridge, had the windshield wipers on high, watched the angry waves and listened to this cd, the contrast blew my mind, what a movie soundtrack that accompanied what I was seeing. What a memory!!

  • the first time I ever heard this son I was laying down in the middle of a mushroom trip and I felt the music in every cell of my body it was the most profound experience I ever had with music it completely changed my life

  • hell yeah

  • Charlie Brown meets NYC

  • @gfarrell3 I don`t get it :P

  • First time I ever heard this song I was with my dad driving home from a concert in the dead of night...vibrations of "burn out" combined with the motion of travel hypnotized me and probably changed me forever. fucking adventure.

  • This kindof sounds like the music from the latest Sim City. So relaxing to plan out roads and inner city slums to.

  • I want to sleep, but this is too damn relaxing it goes beyond sleep. I need sleep. I really, really should sleep. Fuck it... I'll sleep when I'm dead. This is too damn good...

  • Not to worry, have them, anyone interested, it's C - D# - G# - A# - F , and I think it's in the key of F, not too sure though

  • @OliHorsleyMedia Seems more like Eb major or C minor :)

  • @MikaelaDavies Ab pentatonic major, so we are in Fm. But Eb sound good to. That's the magic of the pentatonic scale, so much stuff sound good with it. ; )

  • @karitea This is true :P

  • Chords Please?

  • How can anyone possibly dislike this song? Sheer brilliance.

  • @jfootballfreak06 Have you ever tried out Bonobo? His new album called Black Sands is really nice. Or old song like: Days to come, Nightlite and Walk in the Sky from him. In my search for music i'm listening at this moment to Four tet - Unspoken, which is pretty good too.

  • Oh yeah, and the double bass is one of the greatest instruments ever created :)

  • I fucking love this song. I really doubt that anyone could dislike this track. The ultimate chillout album.

  • Press play and the world just floats away...

  • My dad told me "moderation in all things". He was stressing the 'moderation' part, but if you understand the whole quote you understand the "all things" part means "ALL" things. Including those that are summarily ruled "not good for you", like drugs. At least peaceful , helpful drugs.

  • @hmrhed43 they say moderation of all things incuding moderation

  • This is the typa sht you make a cup of coffee to, switch off the lights, if you gotta good view, open your curtains and just sink into your imagination for 10:10 mins. Even better chill outside on your balcony with your coffee, cigarette or glass of good whiskey if you dont smoke

  • YES EXCATLLY [] : @ 0mly85

  • love this song

  • i know its wierd but i like rainy days every1 els hate it but i like it :D:D:D

  • I like everything onsome level

  • @Gudnazon I'd rather like rainy nights ^^ because it's more suggestive and it makes all shiny

  • @Gudnazon idk why but this song made me think of exactly the same thing. every time i hear this song i think about it raining outside and being inside a wooden house in a bayou or swamp or something on stilts, and its got a fireplace or something organic and warm. and it makes me think about how i like rainy days and most ppl dont. the san fransisco guy @marlinfish128 is on the same shit too.

  • Cinematic Orchestra definitely nailed it!

  • This track has repeatedly managed to induce some really surreal, gorgeous dreams for me. Love it.<3

  • Somehow this reminds me of a rainy day..just calming and natural or something..

    It's beautiful

  • smoking a doobie on a friday night after a good skate sitting on a comfy couch listening to cinematic orchestra is time well spent & always ends up in a massive drawing sesh where its you, pen, paper & the creative vehicle propelled by musical food such as this.

  • Damn, I remember those daze...

  • @omly85 i know exactly what you mean yes

  • @omly85 cool man!

  • @shadowmancer122 ...i think you claiming to know who i'am is really funny,i;ve been a performing, gigging, touring musician for over a decade.i play jazz fusion, prog rock & live hiphop...iam not going to justify myself to you & what & who you think deserves to here good music!...& who's to say these guys don't enjoy a puff every know & again?..you speak like a cats anus farts,a lot of air making intangible arrogant noise which kind of smells like shit..have a nice day :)

  • Comment removed

  • @shadowmancer122 ...my earlier comment is of nostalgia...i haven't smoked in 3 years..you should't make judgements,& it seems your the one with axe to grind..stop making judgement's like your better then me...it's people like you that do make me angry...

  • @omly85

I deleted my earlier comments. It was out of place. I should have left well enough alone. It's just that I never really understood why creative people always seemed to need certain dangerous substances to be creative. To me, it just seems to detract from their talent and unnecessarily shorten their lives.

  • @shadowmancer122 if you realy don't understand then i guess i could try explain but hey it's your choice, i have a tendency to ramble on. depends how much you give a shit lol.

  • @shadowmancer122 My experience in the realm of drugs has led me to believe that drugs don't put thoughts in your head. Instead, drugs highlight thoughts and feeling already inside. Doing drugs isn't exactly what shortens life. In fact some drugs can lengthen lifespan. Moderation is key and constitutes throughout lifestyle. In theory, drugs that slow down the heart and mind should lengthen lifespan, considering this is what lifespan is calculated upon, throughout the animal kingdom.

  • @omly85 I do the same a few nights and it was amazing to see live and brutal song

  • @omly85 hipster

  • Just awesome! My favourite tune from Cinematic Orchestra

  • Errr... Language is important. To be able to express yourself in writing is vital. That aside, as I didn't follow the controversy below, Cinematic gives me so many images in my mind... As said: genious.

  • its just pure genius. fuck me it really is.

  • ...and now the mental montage sequence begins...

  • Caution. Listening to this causes extreme joy. You have been warned.

  • This is, "I lost my soul, please help me find my way" music.

  • anything you call art.

Warhol took trash and made it into art.

When people didnt like it he just said that they dont get it.

  • Art to me at least, is expresing what you feel to the world, regardlesss of what it is.. in other words: Art is not what you see, but what you make others see...

  • very eloqent!

  • I absolutly Love this song
