I've been jamming this for about 2 years now and never get tired hearing this type of groove. Something about this wavelength that just hits hard! Yeah?
man! I was driving in Frisco around last Christmas, pouring down rain, streets empty, parked at the goldengate bridge, had the windshield wipers on high, watched the angry waves and listened to this cd, the contrast blew my mind, what a movie soundtrack that accompanied what I was seeing. What a memory!!
the first time I ever heard this son I was laying down in the middle of a mushroom trip and I felt the music in every cell of my body it was the most profound experience I ever had with music it completely changed my life
First time I ever heard this song I was with my dad driving home from a concert in the dead of night...vibrations of "burn out" combined with the motion of travel hypnotized me and probably changed me forever. fucking adventure.
I want to sleep, but this is too damn relaxing it goes beyond sleep. I need sleep. I really, really should sleep. Fuck it... I'll sleep when I'm dead. This is too damn good...
@MikaelaDavies Ab pentatonic major, so we are in Fm. But Eb sound good to. That's the magic of the pentatonic scale, so much stuff sound good with it. ; )
wow when your high and very relaxed this music envokes quite an euphoric mood that one does not utter a single complaint but rather expresses joy at having located such a wonderful composition
going through all the cinematic orchestra songs they really dont have many bad ones, if you like 'to build a home' you must check out this cover its better than original, you will not be disappointed
Their music is so diverse and interesting. Everything they create is so fantastic. Signs of true artists, able to create such a collection of diversity in music.
@jfootballfreak06 Have you ever tried out Bonobo? His new album called Black Sands is really nice. Or old song like: Days to come, Nightlite and Walk in the Sky from him. In my search for music i'm listening at this moment to Four tet - Unspoken, which is pretty good too.
My dad told me "moderation in all things". He was stressing the 'moderation' part, but if you understand the whole quote you understand the "all things" part means "ALL" things. Including those that are summarily ruled "not good for you", like drugs. At least peaceful , helpful drugs.
This is the typa sht you make a cup of coffee to, switch off the lights, if you gotta good view, open your curtains and just sink into your imagination for 10:10 mins. Even better chill outside on your balcony with your coffee, cigarette or glass of good whiskey if you dont smoke
@Gudnazon idk why but this song made me think of exactly the same thing. every time i hear this song i think about it raining outside and being inside a wooden house in a bayou or swamp or something on stilts, and its got a fireplace or something organic and warm. and it makes me think about how i like rainy days and most ppl dont. the san fransisco guy @marlinfish128 is on the same shit too.
