That's what I love about Brawl. Being able to air dodge several times in row makes combos harder. In Melee, an air dodge leaves you entirely open if there's any kind of bad timing.

Not true. My friends used to play it a lot. They're old hands at more traditional fighting games. Guess it felt natural to them.

But I never liked it. I've never OWNED a console, so I tended to be at a disadvantage when it came to straight fights. I WAS, however, very good at hit and run, and playing with a bit more stratergy, rather than raw skill. So I prefered a stage that AT LEAST had a platform or two. Manuver, you know?

Besides, SSB isn't about serious. It's aboutstyle, whichFD lacks
