Yes, You Tube allows & profits from the huge number of negative videos & cowards who keep the mess going. Other sites showing people fighting & disrespecting each other are also thriving online with no restrictions. It's like there's an audience for ignorant sh*t and the media (Music, TV, Internet, Printed press) is more than happy to provide it.
