You cannot say a certain amount of damage and it just be there. The reason you need to swap parts is so that it affects damage. @GarrettHannen I get what your saying, but im telling you that there IS NOT a program that will just let you choose the damage of a gun. unless you completely change the games code on the iso there is not a way that allows you to do that. Look at my other channel, DangerMCE, i have a ton of borderlands tutorials on there and in no case have i never, EVER came across a program that will do that.

I need some help. I cannot get Willow Tree to recognize the save from my XBOX 360 file. I can movie it over from the 360 HD but when I open Willow tree to open file, drag and drop, or export, it will show anything and I am left not able to edit. Like the video maker said, i beat the game completely with legit weapons, but when you finish the game on both playthroughs, there is no real challenge. so making weapons and trying them out is fun way to keep the game fun also.
