  • You could do the tape thing with band-aides on your fingertips. The band-aides may stick but it is easy to pull the finger off and no band-aide stuff will stick to the tape.

Casey used BAND-AIDES on her fingertips!

  • I remember a case forgot the state and all but these three men robbed and kidnapped a store owner. To cover up their crime they strapped the store owner to a chair and duct taped his mouth. One of them had to take his gloves off to tear the tape to place over his mouth. They weighted down the chair with a cement block and threw it into a river. When the body was found (attached to the chair) the duct tape had preserved the finger prints of the man who duct taped his mouth. Case closed DP convict

  • We miss you Albie Girl!!!!

  • Alledgedly there will be another document dump this week, the last one only eliminated George, Cindy and Lee's prints. So are the prosecution trying to keep back their most incriminating evidence , difficult with the Florida sunshine laws but I'd suspect they'd attempt to keep it from Baez till the 11th hour.

  • was it that size duct tape?i thought it was the smaller thinner rolls?

  • Hi Alba,

You know, I don't think she would have used scissors to cut the tape.

I've always torn it very fast or mostly used my teeth.

It tends to fold over and stick to itself,so holding it in both hands and ripping between them with your teeth has always been my duct tape method.

By the way, I like your bumblebee vest.

    Fuzzy.

  • Awesome insight about the gloves. Yes I agree, the fingerprints will nail her bigtime. I hope they put the death penalty back on the table.

  • Nice bit of forensic testing. Good job, Albie. Hope LE is as thorough as you are.

  • I agree it is very hard to work with gloves and tape. But whats bothering me is the news keeps saying No fingerprints were found on the ducttape, I hope that is incorrect.

  • im confused about the same thing, one reports say they did find som and then others say they didnt

  • Thank you for the video, excellent demonstration. I agree with all of your comments. And, the comments by the inmate do indeed warm my heart cockles.

  • Yes, I agree, it was the residual on the duct tape and they found the heart sticker separately.

  • in wftv's webvideo on the discovery Kathy Belich closes the report saying later they will discuss if the Anthony's knew where the remains were before they were found at six (evening broadcast) and now I can see why.

It certainly clears up who sent him out there. Now you have to wonder why she asked him to go out there vs looking on airplanes and in other states. Her actions are the oposite of her statements (she made in the media) in this case. No wonder there were underlying vibes of obstru

  • You know, that was the 2nd attempt--the first time the hospitial glove tore apart, the adhesive ofthe tape was so strong.

I don't think we've seen the entire tape yet. The only problem I see is if it was scrunched up, difficult to straighten out. Once the sticky side makes contact with another sticky side, it's virtually imposible to separate.

  • i lov your vido's will u b my mamam..i recently lost mine!

  • I guess there's no way of knowing this but I wonder was the duct tape on the child's head before she died? Was it used to silence her?

  • They say that logic says it would not be placed post-mortem.

  • keeping in mind that in the released photograph evidence as well as print it stated a piece of duct tape over the mouth area of skull. not like nancy said around the entire head area...and the evidence photo of the piece of tape was not very big.

  • I didn't know there was a photo of the duct tape? Where can one view that?

  • no official word on the fingerprints..likely didn't get any as tape looked pretty worn.

  • Hi All, Getting confused. I heard that the document dump says that Cindy, George and Lee's finderprints were ruled out. (Sorry don't know where I heard it...maybe ISSUES?) but, there was nothing more about if there were fingerprints and if KC was ruled out. So far, in all I have seen, LP is the ONLY one who has said there are prints and they are identified as KC's. So why has there been no other mention of it? Or has there been?

  • Hi Alba, what if you use non-plastic gloves? Like leather gloves. I have a pair (suede gloves) and tried and it worked, but it does leave residue on the tape. What do you think?

  • Actually, I don't think KC did anything to hide her part in the deed, beyond her lies. Now GA and CA, that's another story. They worked to hide evidence.

  • That makes a lot of sense about Casey. If she would have wanted to hide, she wouldnt have used anything that could be linked back to her, nor her family's house.

  • And it follows , Casey wouldnt have worried about possible fringerprints.

  • Cute vest.

  • Miss.alba goodmorning! Resently we bought a foreclosed farm,we let the family stay free rent, but open door policy,we built several buildings for other families that lost their homes, and we take in their pet's.They can come anytime play, take for rides, outing, and whatever. We provide food, shelter, water, medical ect.. With Cindy working in hospitial, they have several types of gloves like Ivs,&that real sticky tape I would bet she had some of them in her home to use for several things, easy 4 KC acess

  • Love your video today .... that creeped me out when you read the description of Casey's jail cell, one wall full of Caylee photo's....

  • I want to believe your experiment about the duct tape because nothing would be more righteous than to nail Casey Anthony forever. However, the duct tape around Caylee was degrading since June 16 till Dec 11. My fears (and beliefs) are that Casey's fingerprints were 'removed' by the hot Florida climate and then under water from Hurricane Fay. I don't consider The Enquirer to have fact-based knowledge and I am v.disappointed that discovery documents say there are no finger prints on that tape.

  • I was disappointed as well, which makes me wonder where Leonard P is getting his first hand information, enough so to announce it on NG.

  • Good demonstration Albie. I hope they have a print that will nail Casey to the wall. Doesn't it make you sick that up to 1000 has been donated to her account for all that junk at the jail cell? A 15 year old kid seems to like sending his allowance to Casey. Are these people ill?

  • You know, I think they're just uniformed salt-of-the-earth types.

The images that stick in their mind of C & A and their travails and unaware of the significance of their non-cooperation with LE. In other words, nice people that don't get it.

  • well done! great idea !

  • will George and Cindy de stress in time for the deposition Friday.....

  • great demonstration by the way :o)

  • Yes Alabatross it does warm my heart cockles.....I love the glove demonstration...you are great...what do you think of Cronk and Leonard and the daisy chain ...

  • though people are in jail for lots of reasons (most minor drug related sadly), the idea of this crime (to even the meanest of criminals) of killing a child, especially your OWN child, crosses just about everyone's line of what is right & decent. she is the lowest of the low. the so called "punks" in jail as she referred to them in her jailhouse call to mom are better people than she is. ooohhh i cant stand her! she needs that smile wiped from her face.

  • Doesn't the reaction of the inmates warm the cockles of your heart?

  • awesome video! i get the globe, star, and national enquirer every week (for the puzzles) wink wink LOL....and you're right, you have to know how to read them and sift through what is going to be a fact and what is speculation. they are right on with most of the things they print only we find it to be a fact later than they reported. they ended up being the first to report a lot on scott peterson that was later proven to be facts...good demo:)

  • Puzzles! lol.

  • Great demonstration and experiment!. Thanks!

  • Excellent Albe, Thank You.

  • THAT was cool Alby well done!!!!
