I think they do that on purpose. Its easier to sing lower, so they probably tune/sing a half step down.

Hey Monday plays 25 minutes.

ATL, Cobra and Metro Station rotate order every night and each have the same amount of time for their set. The reason it seems like Metro plays longer is because their songs are all really short so they can fit more in.

Fall Out Boy obviously plays last and longest for about 1:15.

50 Cent is replacing Metro Station on select dates. That's probably behind what you heard.

At my show, a few of the members of Hey Monday and Gabe Saporta came out after their sets and talked to people. Alex Gaskarth and Zack Merrick were out after the show, but Alex didn't stay long; he got absolutely swamped. So, you'd probably have a good chance of being able to meet a few members of some bands. Just wander a bit during and after the show.
