@ White, you are correct because, yes there is still a universe everything around us would still exist regardless if we were here to experience it or not.

@ Nugs, you are correct because, he is basically saying, there would be no universe to exist without us being able to observe it. For example, if we were never here to observe the Earth, and everything that exists within it, then to us it would never exist.
