I've read a lot of articles on the number 1/10... Leading research experts agree that it is actually 1/8 people are homosexual. Mainly because the 1/10 number is based on people that are out. If you included all the people who are in the closet it comes out to 1/8.

I get what you are saying about the marriage part, but it's not just about that. It's about equal rights, and how Christians claim marriage to be sacred, even though it predates Christianity.

Actually, one's gender is how one wishes to express oneself. That's how the term is differentiated from biological sex. Gender is a social construct, changeable and fluid and not fixed within two categories (M/F). Like sexuality, it's more complicated than that.

Also, I think you oversimplify others' wants and needs when it comes to raising children. Everyone's different.
