Didnt you read? (espically HongKong's MTVs. all they do is sit around and pose.) i am pointing at Hong Kong's mtv in general. and for the generalizing part, it is true + a fact, most chinese mtvs are boring (you cant argue with me, because it is true, 8 out of 10 are boring)

I'm interested in knowing what's interesting to you.Anyway, why I didn't find this boring its because of the director's choice of background, props, settings and clothes she wears.I find them very fitting wif the song. The dark wallpaper with only a spotlight on her, broken picture frame, the black clothes Genie wore, her expressions, her alone with a birthday cake, lone CD being played at the bkgrd, the emptiness in the room. It really gives the feeling of loneliess, in sync with the song
