if u want to go from map to map without the warp

1.Hit F1

2.go to edit map

3.properties

and it will say "Switch over.

just put the # of the map u want in that direction

And to add monsters they are called npc's then go to your map editor and press properties then go to npc and you have to choose the x and y and thats where they go
