Boring! that is just a regular everyday drill that happens on every cruise ship for newly embarked passengers - if the ship was sinking the Captain would give a verbal order to inform muster crew to evacuate passengers

you can tell its just a muster drill and not an actual real evacuation. I know this, because i have been on 17 cruises and they do this every cruise you go on in the first couple hours of being onboard just incase of a real emergency.

It's probably a practice drill.Because at EVERY cruise you go there is ALWAYS a practice drill.The practice drill goes like this:Step 1:ALARM! Step 2:Everybody needs to go to there cabin and get there life jackets and put them on. Step 3:NOBODY is allowed to take the elevator.Step 4:everybody goes to a big room whit chairs for everyone. Step 5:People take pictures of the passengers and after that,the passengers are free to go! Hope that helped!

By law, shipping companies are required to have drills for incase if there is trouble. All because of the Titanic disaster in 1912. This one was poorly done due to that they had the people running downstairs. When a ship sinks, you want to have your passengers be going upstairs to the lifeboats.
