  • In February he said "I am not afraid to die, I am afraid to lose the battle". His heroic spirit transcended death already. I hope his visionary media stays alive and his dreams of a free Libya are fulfilled!!

  • We are all Mohammed Nabbous. We do not give up, we win or die

  • Rest in peace Mo.

  • People like this man should be praised and honored, unlike how it is today where someone is honored for the ability to kick a ball.

This truly shows the world requires change, god bless.

  • :(

  • I respect president Obama's push for a no-fly zone over Libya, but I believe we are crossing the line by striking ground targets. We are not at war with Libya. This is a police action. Loyalists will strike civilians and blame the U.S. and our allies turning the civil war to a war against the west. We are creating more jihadists with these actions. How do we justify your actions when we do not act in Burma or Chechnya when people are in need of help?

  • @mordred612 That´s a load of crap, if you want to enforce NFZ first thing you have to do is surpress enemy air defence systems and you do that by launching a salvo of cruise missiles onto each of them. Destruction of military convoy near Benghazi was done by French fighters and was also in accordnance with UN resolution which calls for taking all measures neccessary to ensure safety of civilians. Those vehicles killed 96 civilians during their shelling of Benghazi before they were bombed.

  • @Ntsbhdb That may be the case, but it isn't necessary as it wasn't early in the Bosnian conflict or even in Iraq the Arab League wanted the no-fly zone imposed, but didn't want weapons used to hit land based targets. When you start striking targets on the ground you are violiating the sovereignty of that country. Each civilian killed means an unknown number of jihadist are created. Also factor in the cost of using our assets in this manner and you'll understand it is foolish.

  • @mordred612 Alright, what would you do? Let your flymans go to the land full of AAs which commander calls you and your men crusaders, second worst insult in Arab word after Jew, and than explain to their families that it wasn´t necessary. You take ever single measure to ensure safety of your personell and yes, taking out air defences is on the top of the list. And yes, same happened in Yugoslavia or Iraq.

  • This was his last phone. We were listening to him live and then the phone call got disconnected. He got shot on the spot by a sniper. Allah yarhama in sha-Allah I feel so sad for his lose. I'm very proud of him as a Libyan. I can't wait to go to Benghazi and pray on his grave.

  • Very sorry to hear this on Aljazeera, RIP Mo, from perth Australia.

  • There are four people who watched this video who are pro-Gaddafi and who stand for tyranny.

Mohammed Nabbous, Innaa lillahee wa inna ilayhi raajighoun. May Allah grant you jannat ul Firdos, and may He grant your wife and family patience during this very hard time. You will never be forgotten Insha Allah. RIP

  • @SuperNeo786 perhaps, the four people aren't pro-Gaddafi, perhaps they just couldn't 'LIKE' the video for what it is.... HIS LAST BROADCAST MOMENTS BEFORE HIS DEATH... i almost hit the 'dislike' button, but realized it could be misconstrued as being that i did not "like' the heroism of this young man and the efforts made to better his people. RIP, Brave One.

  • This man and his brave wife and friends have fought a true fight for freedom. • The sound of a bullet passing near you is a sound unlike anything else you've ever heard. It sounds like an electrical "snap" of a shock, as the bullet passes by, breaking the sound barrier near you . Nothing sends your blood rushing like that sound. I hate that sound.

  • RIP Mo, I followed the stream last night and thought: This is real journalism. A hero has passed, but will be remembered by many.

  • I still cannot believe he is gone! We all kept asking if anyone had made contact after the phone cut out! Then hours of video loop. Then word started to spread he had been critically wounded. Not long after Mo's beloved wife arrived on the Channel to deliver the heartbreaking news. Been crying since. For those who don't know; Mo's wife is pregnant with their baby. Go with Grace Mo. Your Child will grow up in a FREE LIBYA! Your Death will never be forgotten! My Sorrows to his Family & Friends..

  • I'm an American who once lived in Libya. My heart goes out to the family of this brave fighter. I extend my condolences and pray he will be remembered for his courage and bravery. Some of us in the U.S. understand your desire for freedom and pray you win your freedom as we won ours. By the way I am a born again Christian who wants to see you win your freedom. May the Lord deliver you in this your hour of need. I am sorry the American administration did not help you.

  • RIP Mo!

  • Rest in peace Mo.

  • First, Mo's phone went dead and his wife confirmed he was alright after some time. It is after that that he got shot in the head by sniper.
