lol i was on oasis of the seas last week, and richard is my life.... i love you. i saw most of the shows and they were just dandy, frozen in time was the most amazing thing i have ever seen. from backflips on ice, to that random artist doing the thumbalina story... just amazing.

Just got back today!!!! I had a great time! Richard Spacey was GREAT !!I have been on other cruises and he and his staff give 100% every day. I had a chance to talk with him and he is a nice guy. He is moving on up to the Oasis of the seas..I will see him there!

i have just returned from sailing on freedom of the seas and I just wanted to say that whilst richard is a pleasant guy and whilst a lot of guests enjoyed him there are also a lot of guests who did NOT like him or his so called entertaining style but that doesn't really matter as he sooo obviously loves himself. iN THE interest of a balanced view

there are entertaining cruise directors AND then there are TALENTED ENTERTAINERS and in this particular case they are TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS

Just got off the boat on Sunday. This guy made the shows. I have been on three different cruise lines and he is by far the best all around CD I have seen. When the shows were lacking, he picked up the slack.

I plan to go on this same cruise in Dec so look forward to seeing more!

I was just on Freedom from 9/28 to 10/5/08. We loved the cruise, but mainly enjoyed Richard Spacey the VERY BEST CRUISE DIRECTOR IN THE INDUSTRY!!! RCCL is very fortunate in having him on board. I will cruise again just to be able to see him in action again. The 70's night show was AWSOME GREAT DANCER & OMG what a BODY!!! He is very funny, nice, appeals to everyone. I took some pictures with him after one show, YES I am fortunate to have very nice pictures of Richard. LOVE HIM & HIS SHOWS.

Thank you for posting this. I have been on 8 RC cruises. Richard was CD on cruise #4 on the Adventure. He was a riot!! And he was involved in every activity. He didn't send his staff to do them as other CD's have done. I only wish I could book a cruise and know he will be on it. He's worth the trip!
