Record a video for teaching other trumpeters, such as placing the tongue between the lips? Who was your clinical mouth? It was Jerome Callet New York?
Normally I would remove a comment that gives erroneous advice like this amatuer player, but I am leaving this up to make a point:
Check out this guy's videos and playing. He is just like the majority of players that have not pushed themselves beyond their current level....or in other words..."overdone" a technique in an effort to take their playing to a different and better, higher level.
Overdoing it on lipslurs/flexibility is like overcooking a steak. It just ruins it. I'm all about extending your flexibility, but I don't think I've ever heard anyone tell me to overdue it. If you want to hurt something, go for it. I think consistency is the key to being flexible.

Even though I can't play NEAR as high, I found this lesson VERY helpful.
Just the fact you mentioned the pedal tones afterwards really helped build up my endurance.

Great range man. Do you believe in taking days off? Sometimes if I play hard
One day, the next day I can't play very well. How do you deal with that?
Thanks!
