i got this gun last year for christmas the 20 guage version and it is my favorite of all my guns. i highly reccomend this gun for anyone who likes to hunt things like dove and quail, or who just likes to shoot. the butt pad that comes with it is ver nice and it has very little recoil. a great gun for all ages!

@dalton68s but the only thing is the 12 guage version that my dad has came with just a normal rubber butt on it unlike the 20 guage that has a "hollow" rubber butt or whatever you call it. still great either way

Does it come with a PISTOL GRIP or just with the shoulder stock? How is the recoil pad on there? Any good or does it hurt after awhile?Thanks............

For me.. It came with the Shoulder STock attached and the Pistol grip in a bag... so yes.. It comes with the pistol grip in the Box...

When I was shooting the 3inch Magnums with the Pistol Grip.. My hand started to hurt after awhile.. but not too bad.. The shoulder was no problem.. the pad is just rubber..

When you compare it to the Mossberg 500 its almost exactly the same aside for 2 things.. quality is slightly better on 500 and safety.. Mods bought for this gun are same as Moss 500

doesnt really make a difference either way. I put a heat shield on with ghost sights and it shoots the same as before except now it looks cooler to me
