By forgiving yourself, you allow yourself a chance to break the cycle. Forgive yourself again and again, and as often as you need to. You are a beautiful person, and speaking as someone who understands much of what you are talking about, I know you deserve more than this. Please don't let this get you down.
I feel you so much, this is all I can say....I have been there..so many times...and yet, I love you for being so very courageuos to put this video up...you are an inspiration....dont ever stop to fight...dont ever give up even in your deepest despair, know and believe that you are beautiful and strong and are helping so much to do these videos...
