  • this theme will play if i ever catch my wife cheating on me !!

  • there is no stinking honour in any of this. it's just a game, play to win.. there are no rules.... I think about life when I hear him say this ..

  • Ending theme of 2012

  • vegeta never had a child hood life because of freiza never had any friends because of frieza never knew what love felt like because of freiza thats why vegeta was so mean all the time everything was new to him when he was hanging around goku and company all the time

  • @twain1 Thats true

  • whats the music that plays when Veteta is telling Goku what happed to planet vegeta while he dies in the frieza battle?

  • @GjDoctorWho This is actually that music, but I believe they just had it extended for the sake of the length of that scene.

  • i take a shit to this theme.

  • R.I.P Vegeta, you're are the MAN dawg (K).

  • Thumbs up if you were crying when Vegeta was dieing! I was =( <3

  • @tapion580 I'm with you there. I was 8 when I watched that happen. It haunted me, but it's a good memory somehow. I think because his character developed so much and he wasn't just an arrogant villain anymore. He's been my favorite anime character since he landed on Earth with Nappa.

  • "you had the fiery will of a saiyan, please share that with me now...

    ...because i need it".

  • Vegeta <333 =*(

  • @coycoy88 Do you have the theme of vegeta when he come's back to life on namek?

  • @TYHYCHY yeah im a major fan of hip hop and rap, but it isn't likely for a fan of those to like this. because they probably wouldnt get anything out of it like i do. thats why i made the comment.

  • @TYHYCHY no one said it was.

  • @SonGokuLegendaryHero

it's only the funimation dub who made it look like that because the parents were complaining to toonami since he was so evil. the trough is that he was an evil prick. he killed an entire namekian village with nothing holding him back. basically, he wanted to become frieza. he kept saying that he wanted to rule the universe ALL THE TIME. frieza did not made him who he was. he was only crying because he begged goku to avenge his race (evil pricks) because he could not.

  • @eliasz0002 no it was frieza who used that race cuz if u notice how different vegeta was from his father ud know that vegeta is alot more evil compered to him cuz he actually cared about his men diein' in battle for frieza's biddin's and doin' frieza's dirty work i say he the saiyans should of planed it better rly

  • I remember when I was a teenager and the show was popular, I never really was into it.. but then I hit my 20's and I actually sat down and watched the whole series.. I could not always get into the show itself but one thing I did get into that turned me into quite a big fan was this music.. I could sit for hours and listen to the amazing music that was put into that show.. Bruce's music is able to stir up so much emotion in one's soul in such a profound and unique way.. Simply amazing..

  • the voice acting from the this scene was award winning in my mind

  • @awesomeone325 yeah.. the original 1999-2000 was the award winning dub in my opinion

  • I remember watching this for the first time as a child and I was really upset. Vegeta was my favoutie character and they played his death perfectly. The dark prince revealing his true heart.

Shame they turned him back into a selfish beast after he was revived...

  • @QullVideo Vegeta a selfish beast post-frieza you must be joking

  • @giorgosntoulos2 Sorry can you say that more clearly. There are two angles I can see you coming from and I don't know which is the right one so I can't reply properly.

  • @QullVideo His obsession with Goku has let him to save Goku's life many time over also he Loves his family going on a rampage when trunks was killed as well as hugging him and smiling also he gets angry at goku's deal with old kai and is somewhat of a silly daddy towards bulla also he really is kind in his very own extremely unique way thought

  • @QullVideo Sorry, I don’t mean to interrupt your conversation, but I kind of agree with and the other commenter. Vegeta was kind of the same person he was after Frieza, but he also kind of wasn’t. After 30 years with Frieza, Vegeta wasn’t going to change overnight. Plus, Vegeta’s attitude has been ingrained into him since he was a child; his “look out for me and me alone” attitude is probably what kept him alive a lot of times, so a complete or even a partial change was going to take some time.

  • @QullVideo To be honest, considering the mental, emotional, and physical hell Vegeta went through before coming to Earth, he assimilated and changed his lifestyle extremely quickly, in my opinion. So, yea, he was still a selfish beast after Frieza in the beginning, but it was only because he didn’t know any other lifestyle to live by at first. That’s just my opinion though, thanks for sharing yours! ^_^

  • @Usagi393 That's very true. I suppose dying made him changed because he wanted to ensure that Goku was not going to show any mercy for Frieza. And actully, I think Vegeta's slow accent to good guy status across the Cell and Buu saga was much better. He'd only just started working with the good guys by the time of his death and even that was forced upon him. But working with them over the coming years is what changes him. Such as getting angry at Trunk's death and sacrifising him self to kill buu

  • @QullVideo Yea, that’s what I personally think. The part that always irritated me so much was that Goku was going to let Frieza go. I mean, after everything that Vegeta told him as he was dying, Goku was going to leave Frieza on Namek with the possibility that he could survive. I guess because Goku didn’t have to go through the torture that Vegeta did, it was difficult for him to grasp how evil Frieza truly was. It’s one thing to hear about Frieza (Goku), but it’s another to have actually

  • @QullVideo experience his terror (Vegeta) True, Vegeta only worked with Gohan and them before he died because he was just that desperate to get away from Frieza and there was a possibility they could have helped him accomplish that; he couldn’t have cared less if what he was doing was right or wrong, he just wanted to be free. Caring for another person was also probably another new thing for Vegeta to get used to. Other than his father, Vegeta hasn’t cared about anyone other than himself for

  • @QullVideo the last 25+ years, (we know he did NOT like Nappa or Raditz), so the concept of caring for other people, like his son, was something that was foreign to him. Even having friends was probably new to him; he wasn’t used to other people caring if he was hurt or dead, so he didn’t know how to react to that at first. Lol, sorry that was so long, but there is SO much psychology to Vegeta's character that’s not there for the other characters, it’s fascinating! ^_^

  • @Usagi393 ascent*

  • I like some of the new music in DBZ Kai but could have at least kept some of the old ones, you know the best ones

  • Vegeta: Frieza destroyed planet Vegeta.

    Kakarot: Bitch Please.

  • frieza is the only one who dislikes this

  • @bruk5 Mostly in agreement, but I find Macbeth more comparable to Frieza. Yeah, Vegeta killed people, but he usually didn't do it out of paranoia like Macbeth and Frieza. The destruction of the Saiyans was due to his fear of a Super Saiyan rising or as he said, a full rebellion; regardless, he killed out of fear. Hell, he sorta put a bounty on the one he feared most while his son escaped. He also died in his arrogant belief of being unstoppable when someone he thought could never exist appeared.

  • Kakarot listen planet vegeta didn't get hit by a metior it was frieza goku huh please I beg you kakarot defeta frieza defeat him I beg you rememebers father cries dies goku veget a I will honor you baries

  • @bruk5 the path to redemption was contradicted. instead of being a remorseful tragic hero on earth, he turned back into a jackass who didnt care about anything except beating kakarot. it was a waste of everyones time

  • I'm not really a hardcore fan of the DBz dub. But I really enjoy Faulconer's slower pieces, like this one. This kind of music he does really goes with the theme of Dragonball I think. I don't however like his faster paced ones, like Buu Fighting and stuff like that. This is just my opinion though.

  • You must beat him Kakarot... he made me what I am! *coughs blood* don't let him do it... to anyone else... please kakarot... (whisper) please...

  • AWWW Vegeta cries for the FIRST TIME!!!!!! :(

  • what's funny is that when he dies he has respect for Goku but when comes back to life on Earth he talkes shit

  • @xNukexGoxBoomx isn't that so true though. when someone thinks they're facing death they're totally remorseful and as soon as they realize they're not dying they totally get over it and go back to normal like it never happened

  • @jbohler33 exactly

  • Very sad poor vegeta..

  • Vegeta: Destroy him for the entire Saiyan Race

King Vegeta: Destroy him for the entire Saiyan Race

Bardock: Destory him for the entire Saiyan Race

All 3: For you have the Power within YOU

  • @PsychoNinjaPirate nostalgic

  • I had a tear in my eye when frieza death beam vegeta's heart damn

  • Amazing song

  • this theme will be played when i'll look at the rubble caused by the nuclear war.

  • @eliasz0002 omg u make me cry

  • @hobbitwopner

really? well, it suits it well good, don't it.

  • @eliasz0002 yeah it does but its too dramatic for me

  • @hobbitwopner

well, that's what i saw in my head when i first heard it.

  • @eliasz0002 u got good imagination

  • @hobbitwopner

    hehe, thanks :D

  • @eliasz0002 omg.......love

  • @eliasz0002 lol thats a very optimist way of looking at the future...

  • Being a major fan of only Hip Hop and Rap, i honestly don't think anyone i know would understand the true emotion and feeling of this kind of music. Its amazing, there's days/hours i've spent listening to Bruce Faulconer.

  • @Blaze264 yeah man i agree and also iv done the same, its truely amazing

  • @Blaze264 Second here too bro.

  • vegeta never died in my heart...

  • @tna19931 then you arent true fans

  • I will fully admit everytime I watch that part I cry

  • SAD FOR YOU!!!!!!...opps wrong saga

  • @tna19931 he grew up by choice to be evil. dont even listen to the innaccurate english dub. frieza did not make vegeta evil. thats stupid. in the manga, vegeta cried because it tore his pride apart to be unable to avenge his race when a low class scum like kakarot could. underneath, vegeta was still a prideful asshole, as seen by his android arc dickery. and if you look at vegetas flashbacks, hes laughing evilly and ENJOYING the slaughter. no one made him do that.

  • @054martinm

    Yeah yeah we get it

  • This was indeed very hard to watch. I had tears in my eyes watching this and still do an this is just a CARTOON! man Bruce Faulconer really knows how to get too u.

  • @1SilverEaGle21 same here. I cried when vegeta was dying.

  • "Kakarot... please... Destroy Frieza... He made me what I am, don't let him do it to anyone else..."

  • Vegeta: If theres a god then he's good for letting me live to see this day.

Well there might not be a god in DBZ but theres a kai.

  • which ones the song when goku burries vegeta?

  • i meant the gap between his "death" and revealing his survival

  • Ka... Kakarot!...

  • @SonGokuLegendaryHero

Yep, all thanks to the shitty inaccurate English dub that completely rewrote this scene for marketing purposes. Frieza NEVER made Vegeta who he is. He was only crying because he had to beg Goku (the one who he considers low level trash) to avenge the Saiyans since he had failed.

  • @tna19931 vegeta DID kill for the sheer pleasure of it. and not because of frieza. if frieza never existed, vegeta would still be even more arrogant and even more evil.

  • the only thing i hate about the scene is that it misses the point completely with the inaccurate english dialogue. vegeta cried because of his broken pride, not because frieza made him bad.

  • "You're going to have to get over your soft-heartedness. Do it! Forget about your feelings! They'll get you killed... they'll get you killed, Kakarot..."

  • It's amazing how DBZ was able to make you feel bad for vegeta despite all the things he did :) In fact this is probably the saddest and most emotional moment in DBZ. Krillen may have spurred goku to SSJ when he was killed by frieza but you didn't feel anywhere near as sorry for him as Vegeta. It truly is the pinnacle of film work when you feel sympathy for a character that would've been just as cruel as Frieza were it not for the circumstances :)

  • Though I hate to admit it I actually felt sorry for Frieza too when he was begging for his life after being cut by his own attack. Somehow the line "forgive me" is quite chilling when frieza says it but even so we know Frieza didn't deserve any mercy from Goku but he was given it anyway before trying to attack again...

  • Frieza..I know your mad he came back and all but y did u have to dislike the vid. LOL

  • Okay, the idiots that think that all of Faulconer's DBZ music is all hard, and techno really need to listen to this...

  • I just love this scene.. and the music completely finishes it.

''He made me what i am, don't let him do it to anyone else..''

Brings a tear to one's eye i'd say.

Thanks loads for all the uploads Coycoy!

  • i remember after vegeta died and goku made the grave with his eyes the first thing i thought after seeing him angry was "ohhhhh SHIT frieza you're about to get FUCKED UP"

  • if u c the scene u can kinda tell Toriyama wanted this to b Vegeta's swan song when he was planning ths eries to end at the Frieza saga

  • @227060 never happened. vegeta was going to stay dead but he was popular among the fans. and toriyama never stated his intentions to end with frieza, thats just a fake rumour.

  • @054martinm Is it. Lots upon lots of sources state the Frieza Saga was intended to b the end, and it certainly felt that way in the manga/anime.

  • @227060 but no OFFICIAL sources from toriyamas interviews. its basically a rumour.

  • @054martinm tru, but equally theres little that goes against the rumour. therefore it is understandable that ppl will interpret the Frieza saga as the (intended) final saga if there r numerous unsupported rumours in favour of such a theory and little in the way of rumours, let alone offical sources, which contradict it.

  • @227060 there is actually. the gap of time between revealing gokus alive and gokus "Death" is very short and you'd expect some kind of hiatus if it was a rushed change from the end to a continuation. there are HEAPS of unsupported rumours.

google "toriyama's intended endings: a guide"

  • @054martinm Well not necesarily I mean the quick decision to reveal Goku is alive might indicate the change from the intended ending to perhaps unexpected decision 2 continue.

  • @227060 if anything it DOESNT indicate that. if toriyama wanted goku dead, itd take more time to decide he was actually alive

  • have the one with the girl singing?

  • I literally shed tears the 1st time I saw this episode on Toonami. and Vegeta was crying.

  • i cried when vegeta died twice. vegeta R.I.P

  • canu do the music at the begging of the history of trunks?

  • 0:50 gave me chills, I remember hearing that part alottttt during the frieza saga.

  • hey Coy what is the name of the part when Vegeta dies while fighting Frieza? i really wanna just look up that part

  • the writers really fucked up after this i think.. i was really sad for vegeta as a kid when i saw this... thinking he was redeemed from his evil ways, but then he gets revived and before Freiza is defeated, he returns to his old ways...

  • @QullVideo There were no writers....there was only the original manga writer Akira Toriyama. Tho the dialogue change some, the script remained exactly the same.

  • @fmcneillii True. Forgot about that, sorry. It probably has something with him stretching the series and it would be easier to have classic Vegeta for him. As you know, Frieza Saga was meant to be the final season but it was continued due to popularity.

  • @QullVideo I think you might be talking about the original manga because yes that is when he stretch the series. I think the anime was already predestined to follow the manga exactly as it had already been created. I know I read an article where he was being interview and he mention when he did the comic he wanted to end it around the frieza saga but people didnt want it to stop so he kept goin.

  • @fmcneillii Even saying that.. the Anime managers to make the Frieza Saga ending epic, as if it was the finale of the story. I suppose the Magna was as epic. But it kinda feels cheap... coz you get the feeling that Vegeta and Goku were meant to die on Namak. along with Frieza and Krillin and end of... all the important characters were dying off.. Gohan would escape on the ship. Ofcourse they had to fake Goku's survival to continue the story but surely Vegeta should have stayed dead.

  • @QullVideo Vegeta' probably lived cosa) he was very popular. B) he still had LOTS of devleopment left even if Toriyama was happy for him to stay dead here

  • @227060 but surely he should have stayed redeemed. unless he was faking his redemption because he thought he was dead for ever and knew Goku would spare Frieza.

  • @QullVideo NO he wasn't faking and he wasn't completly redeemed, but when he emerged he wasn' quite the same guy as before bcos he didn't try in the 3 yrs he was on Earth to attain the Dragon Balls. it was a step towards his ultimate redemption (altho he ult remained an anti-hero in my book albeit one leaning towards the 'good' side by the end of the series)

  • @227060 I never looked at it from the point of view that before his death, he was hell bent on becoming immortal, and then after dying, he never gave it a second thought. And i dont' know much about GT, as it is fake claph-trap, but Vegeta was definatly a good guy in the Buu saga, first when he sacrifised him self and then when he finally accepeted that Kakarot was the better fighter.

  • @QullVideo Yes he was good, undeniably bcos when Dende asked Porunga to ressurrect all the good ppl Vegeta was restored to life confirming he was good, but he still maintained this anti-hero edge plus he did become evil again in the Babidi saga sorta. my point was he didn't bcom a fully fledged hero from a villainous role in quite the same way Piccolo did

  • @227060 that's true. Piccolo was a fully fledged Hero by the time of his death by Nappa because of Gohan's friendship. Vegeta was far more evil and thus is took alot more to make him a fully fledged Hero. Even after he had his son, he was still half evil. I suppose Half Evil is wrong because he still fought for the Earth. But it was his anger for Kakarot that kept him appearing like a Anti-Hero. So when he finally gave up on out doing Kakarot, he was completely dissconted from his past self.

  • @QullVideo true but his actions in fighting the androids came off more as him wanting to prove his worth that legit concern for the Earth, and he was happy to hit Cell with a planet busting Final Flash

  • @227060 yeh, Vegeta looses his temper when he looses. He still had bad guy in him but he clearly wants to save the Earth. Compared to other Anti-Heroes, such as Milliardo Peacecraft, Vegeta is very angry. Milliardo, although at one point became the main antagonist, never trully felt like a proper bad guy, but Vegeta does seem like a bad guy throughout the Android/Cell saga because of his personality.

  • @QullVideo U never once doubt that once the main threat of the Androids was neutralised he really wudda taken up Goku in a rematch. Goku always came off as a bit more mature, it felt like he just said "yeah od course we'll fight Vegeta." But he never intended to

  • @fmcneillii interview doesnt exist. it is nothing more than a fake rumour. and just because it felt epic, doesnt mean it was the end.

  • @054martinm wat r u talking about?

  • *him (not it) Oops....

  • "Kakarrot, please... destroy Frieza... He made me what I am. Don't.. let him... do it... to anyone else.... whatever it takes... stop it... PLEASE!" *dies*

I can't remove this phrase out of my head. Thank you so much for sharing this song.

  • @zmario1994 that was the line that officially made Vegeta my fav character :S

  • @rachelanyi OMG, same here. o.o'

  • wow ive been looking for this theme for a long time now. I didnt know it wasnt released

  • I won't watch Vegeta's Death if this music isn't playing. It's so sad, yet I can't get enough of it. All I can think of are Vegeta's last words: "Kakarott, please, destroy Frieza. He made me what I am. Don't let him do it do anyone else. Whatever it takes, stop him, please."

  • ive been lookin fir this theme for the longest

  • Vetega out of all people cried

Seriously just think about it for a second, Vetega crying

Vetega: Kakarott you must... destroy him... pl...ease...

  • @TheWtfanime yeah but frieza made him a monster just think how he would be raised by his actual father and at the end he turned good

  • "He killed our home planet, it was him. Your Father and mine, the whole planet, he blew it up, its true no one survived but us. Ask him if you want.... he'll tell you, he's proud of it."

  • Frieza " He's just a corpse and he's still blabbing, i'll have to gag him to shut him up..."

  • Destroy Frieza he made me what i am

  • wow... just wow... never expected to find this

  • Kakarot...no you have listen to this.......

    at 0:45

We worked so hard for him. We did everything he asked of us and more. He took me from my father when I was just a little boy. He made me do whatever he wanted to do and said he would kill my father if I didn't. I did everything he asked but he killed him anyway along with everyone else. He was scared of us....scared that a super saiyan would be born someday to rise up and overthrow him...

    Frieza: Hmm a touching story..

    -Vegeta cries-

  • @DVJFan he made me whabt i am please kakrot please -dies-

  • @jerkoff71 i forgot the dont let him do it to anyone else

  • @DVJFan you are a true dbz fan.

    super fan are you.:D

  • @DVJFan

    not only vegeta cried....

  • vegeta:kakarot listen to me. there's no stinking honor in any of this. its just a game play to win.there are no rules.Your going to have to give over your soft heartedness. do it forget about your feelings they'll get you killed. they'll get you killed kakarot!

goku:i cant change who i am. not on the battlefield.my feelings are my guide. besides everybody deserve a chance to change their ways just like you have.

vegeta:kakarot destroy frieza. he made me what i am.

  • Very Sad Song I Cried First Time Vegeta Died : (

    Vegeta

Kakarot Listen Dont Be So Soft Theres No Stinking Honour In Any Of This Its Just A Game Play - Win There Are No Rules. Your Going To Have Give Over Your Soft Heartedness Do it Forget About Your Feelings You Have To They'll Get You Killed...They'll Get You Killed Kakarott!

    Goku

I Cant I Cant Change Who I Am Not On The Battle Field My Feelings Are My Guy Besides Everybody Deserves A Chance To Change There Ways Just Like You Have.

  • "Kakarrot, please destroy Frieza. He made me what I am. Don't... let him... do it... to anyone else. Whatever it takes, stop him..Please!" -Vegeta's powerful final words

  • Powerful stuff

Vegeta:We worked so hard for him.We did everything he asked of us and more.He took me from my father when i was just a little boy.He made me do whatever he wanted and he said he would kill my father if i didn't.I did everything he asked but he killed him anyway along with everyone else.He was scared.Scared that a super saiyan would be born someday and rise up to overthrow him

  • Kakarott, listen to me. There's no stinking honor in any of this, it's just a game, play to win. There are no rules. You have to let go of your feelings. They'll get you killed...they'll get you killed Kakarott!

  • Awesome, been lookin' for this one. Thanks for all these great rips!

  • hey do you have Vegeta angers or whatever it's called again?

  • very good rip, personally i found nothing wrong with the last one but this one is a tad sadder and it sounds more complete. only slightly though. still great material man.

  • This track is floating around in the soundtracks, just merged with other music, because thats what Bruce Falconer is like LOL.

    But nice rip hun.

  • great rip. you are a miracle worker when it comes to this stuff.

  • I remember this theme! I'm actually really surprised that this theme didn't get released. Anyways, thanks coycoy! x3

  • Is this when Vegta died fighting frieza, if not when?

  • @macjsus Yes. It played as he was talking to Goku, after Frieza shot him through the chest with an energy beam.

  • @coycoy88 though it was written for a scene that wasn't even sad. I'm sure you know when it was first played Coycoy.

  • @AmbientElements Oh yes I know when it originally played. It was right after Goku defeated Burter.

  • @coycoy88 I still think the Ginyu/Frieza saga's had the best music.

  • @coycoy88 hey didnt u have another version of this on ur page?

  • @optimusprime105 I already mention that in the video description. I've uploaded this theme in the past, but I didn't like how it came out, so I re-ripped a cleaner version here. Actually I included an extended beginning version of this song in the 4shared MP3 link I provided in the video description. A last minute edit on my part, lolz. xD

  • @coycoy88

    lol Burters melodramatic death

  • @AmbientElements it was sad ambientelements. vegeta showed his true sadness fool!

  • @coycoy88 He shot em through the heart lol

  • NICE NICE NICE!!! Great quality!

  • Thanks for this link, I have the same voice patch on my program, I should redo this melody

  • Sweet rip dude! I can't believe this song wasn't in the soundtracks.

(Request: Can you please rip the Nathan Johnson track where Goku's legs were trapped on the rope in his spaceship when he was trying to train but struggles to get free from the 100X gravity? It is from Episode 57: Gohan, The Hunted.)
