  • Bloemfontein is Dutch =D

  • @animalpolice ; Yep, Bloemfontein is a Dutch place-name, it's also the Capital of the Free State Province of South Africa. Also happens to be J.R.R. Tolkien's birthplace.

Fantastic stuff, and being Scottish myself, this makes me all proud of the contribution Scots engineers gave to the world.

  • I love the transportation museum of Glasgow. Great to be in Bloemfontein, great to be in Glasgow to see her! Over Hamburg back home again...

  • bloemfontein*

  • i wanna know whats become of this 15F today

  • It's somewhere in glasgow - being cosmetically restored and then being put in the new transport museum that's due to be built on the banks of the Clyde

  • i think its still at the museum in scotland i dont know but i do know the once a museum gets a steam engine they dont let go of it for almost anything

  • where can we get the song! It aint on I tunes :(

  • The song is by 'The Crouch End Festival Chorus'

  • i love the song but has anyone got anymore info on the actual train? if so can you please let me know

  • It's at Glasgow's Transport Museum in Scotland

  • Thanks.

  • OMG love the song, I just saw the program on National Geographic and I just had to find out about the song. It seems to be made by the edditors of the video though. Edditors from Nat.G did an excellent job not to forget that :)

  • seconded...watched a re-recording of it last night and am seriously considering reediting it into just the song!!

  • I've watched it over a dozen times, most likely will another dozen, dozen times.

Love to buy the video. How? Where?

    Regards,

    Ken

  • does anyone know if i can find the track anywhere?

  • this is so nice music!

  • They aired the National Geographic programme yesterday in Japan and I absolutely fell in love with the song!!!

  • At the beginning I thought I was hearing the same music from the "How to move a 100 year old church" production you did, but was pleasently surprised that this song came into its own with the "chug-a chug-a..." train sound influence. I love how your music and the video keep up the energy all throught the production... a very entertaining video to experience, as all your works are.

  • Do you know who the guy in the video is who says "...very emotional..."

Wonder what connection he has to the 15F?
