Thanks for that really wonderful explanation. You've taught me something 'new' which I didn't understand before. I did understand how to do decimal to binary conversions; but, not with numbers coming after the decimal point. I did understand how to do both hex/octal, too; but, not using this extremely short method. Something for me to practice until I can remember it well. Just GREAT! ;-)
