Como 25,000 desempleados, personas con familias, q ahora estan pasando por una depresión y no saben como hacer para mantenerlas. Why doesn't Puerto Rico ever vote for full independence? They have had 5 or 10 referendums on the issue of statehood or full independence. Each time they vote down independence because they like the benefits of being a US territory.

The US Federal Gov't which currently subsidizes Puerto Rico will be making some tough decisions soon. A $9 trillion debtt, Social Security + Medicare is running America into the ground. You are totally wrong. The test was conducted by the University of PR in Mayaguez. The test revealed that the European blood is the lowest with only just over of 11%. Most Puerto Ricans are Taino and African. The team leader of that study is my teacher and mentor. You should embrace your heritage and be proud of it;not only a part of it. Know that the Puerto Rican dialect is the most African infuenced along with the Cuban. Loiza, Mayaguez, and Ponce have over 60% black population. Get it right.
