@MegaGTAzocker The ghost is friendly and floats around.

The baby, on the other hand, will kill you if you aren't looking at it for a while. It's so nerve-wracking. :(

Hi, sorry it took so long to respond.

The gnome and the ghost are available in-game from Toybox. It allows you to download and try things immediately. Every mod in this game is available for free from Garrysmod(dot)org.

i'm taking it the friendly baby and creeper gnome mods work by moving or teleporting when you are not looking in their general direction?

@nanoco1000 Yup. They are essentially the "Friendly Neighborhood Companion Cube" mod. However, the Friendly doll has some (IMO) creepier sounds, and the I don't think the gnome one attacks you until you try to remove it.

Also, the gnome seems to be the most advanced of them all. For example, on one city map, he would appear in alleyways I took a turn into, or would appear on rooftops even if I was at street level.
