Sure he does. They're in the police station there all the time, Stabler's kids. Cragen definitely knows what they look like.

Yes, you're right. I didn't think about the fact that it was an old photo. Cragen knows what the kids look like now, but he probably would not recognize an one of them in an old photo.

well, i gotta say, the season opener was def better than pretty much all of season 9. they're def on their way back to good quality tv this season. hopefully this next ep will be even better than the opener....bet ya stabler's knuckles are scabbed over from beating the hell outta the perp who violates his daughter and/or his locker from season 7.  can't wait!
