I love this dish, sadly though I do not speak or understand enough Vietnamese to fully appreciate the video. The other thing is they do not serve this dish in any of the restaurants I've visited in Little Saigon in California. Oh well, I'll just remember it as being one of my childhood dishes our nanny use to make in Saigon back in the days.
in the tapioca flour, add 0.5 teaspoon salt..and finally in the scallion oil..add 0.5 teaspoon salt and 0.5 soupspoon sugar
