@DoctorPencilK: I believe the song was made specifically for the show. Wikipedia lists Michael Tavera as a composer for the cartoon, but it doesn't state if he composed all the songs used on the show. You can find the unedited song from the episode (or rather, the part of the episode where it plays) on Youtube though; "Super Mario World - Lookin' For You" is the name of the video. I don't think a version without the show's background noises exists, however.
