This isnt a real twister, it's an alligator roll, a twister is a leg ride where u catch the arm and crank the neck

@takedowngreco theres alotta names for different things. In BJJ the guillotine (what u described) is called a twister but usually in wrestling the twister (or cement mixer) refers to what the vid shows. (also i was under the impression that the overhook was used in an alligator roll and an underhook in a twister, but idk)

i like the twister, its pretty much my signature move, along with a crossface,

but im really interested in this move called the greek, its called the greek in virginia, but it might have another name, its where you start on bottom, and when your opponent gets a two on one you reach behind and drive with your back, to where there back is on the mat and you have them pinned, and since your arms are still under there back you can apply pressure at any time, its prety sick.

i recently learned this move.. Im in 11th grade. But in practice ill hit this move on my teammates all day to the pin, but my dick coach will always yell at me for exposing me back. but thats the only way to do this, unless you like bridge on your head, but this guy isn't doing it so what the hell!... lol

yeah thats a cement mixer. the twister that i know of is a leg riding move that i use very well.

an anaconda is when you have an arm triangle on the far side shoulder. i use it all the time in BJJ, and wrestling. Very effective.

im not sure because i cant see clearly but when u are turning the guy u have to grab your opponents far tri-cep. A cement mixer is also a Dan Gable, there is a diffrence with a Mixer and a Twister. A mixer you hook his arm and throw him, Twister u roll him.

its an over and under, then instead of stepping up with the side you have the underhook, you kick your hips under the man and do this torso twist (thats where you get your power from on this move) then you have to spin around and t-off.
