you have to go to contacts and press the menu but and it says would you like to import your contacts and press yes then slect all import then you have all your numbers of your old phone

google actually announced that there is going to be an update at the end of the year or early next year that there will allow for an onscreen qwerty keyboard which will be nice if you don't want to use the slide out.

ps, if your playing music, and you pop open the cover off the sd card, with out taking the card out. It will give you a card read error. Try it. Its just to turn off the reader access so you dont f-up the data on the card.

I was dumb and thought it was because my phone was broken. The tmobile techs / phone techs had no clue about this.

Its not a faulty phone, but a feature that helps the phone.

You dont have to take your sim card out you simply synch your sim card to your phone and all your old contacts come out. I got my google phone too and love it.

1/2 the time, the brown keyboard is very hard to see.

I'm going to tmobile tommorow to get the black g1, as it has a black layout and wont dissappear like the silver background on the brown version.
