I had this game on my old NES system. For fun, I played trough all the stages whit only the normal ship and bought the ship upgrades and the rest of the items on the last stage. Oh and Planet 5 8 9 and 10 is my favorite planets. If you look at the navigation map on planet 13, you will see many walls around the area that looks like faces. Thats funny.

Battletoads was worse. This is doable. RARE always made hard games.

@viscountalpha It wasn't necessarily hard, but it was very tedious.

At least I could only go though one planet at a time in a single sitting now (as opposed to when I was younger, when I had more "mental stamina" to go through long games like this).

Battle toads felt like you had to play through all of it, this at least code save at some point.
