great video. i think it is also worthwhile mentioning if you are drinking fluoridated water, or some medication like prozac. it is likely that you will either develop

hypo/ hyper thyroidism. which throws out the whole endocrine system and adds to weight gain.. plus all the xenoestrogens found in pesticides & plastics which are having the same effect, creating severe hormonal imbalance & weight gain... The excess weight is harder to shift, but once conscious of the cause, u can rectify easily
