Yankees fans are rude and don't respect the game or the talent. Their are some good yankee fans out there but I wouldn't go to yankee stadium and advertside that I'm a Red Sox fan. You should be able to enjoy yourself either way, but it's pretty SAD that you can't.

@PapaImpact Indeed I would. I grew up with them, which caused me to develop pride in the team. It's the same thing as any Cubs fan or Royals fan has. I don't deny that many Yankees fans are fans because of the success, but I'd say the same about the Sox, regardless of rings. People tend to flock towards things that are successful, ie. the Sox have a team that usually makes the playoffs so many people in the area will become fans of that success and the team because of it.
