Try to solve what's hidden in the riddle of the sounds of Notre Dame.. Who's the monster and who's the human being? with the voices of " RING RING RING RING.... of the bells of NOTRE.....DAME!!!"....

  • -You would lie to your minions, tell them you are not to blaim.... But you could never erase the blood, or to hide....from the eyes of Notre Dame...

"....For the first time, he lost his control... Frollo felt a shadow of fear for the immortality of his soul..."

    -What must i do?

-Take care of the child, like he was yours

-WHAT? i have to be tied to this demonic creature?! very well, but he will live with you in the church

    -Here? were?

-Doesn't matter. He will be lcoked away, you must hide him..

He goes and about to throw him down the well.. -No! ....Cried the archdeacon.... -This is a cursed demon, i'm sending him to hell, he belongs there! - You just spilled an inncent blood of a woman, on the steps on note Dame.. - I'm guiltless, she ran, i pursued.. -On your conscience he will stay forever, the baby of Notre Dame! -My conscience is clear!

Clopin will tell everything. It's a tale. a tale of a human and of a monster... ....."In a dark night our story is written, on the docks of Notre Dame... -That he will keep quit! -They will find us! -Calm down, little one! ...."a group of frighten gypsies slid silenty under the docks of Notre Dame..... .......

The fisherman fishes, the bakerman bakes, to the sounds of Notre Dame..

They growl with fury, like thunder...

They whisper their prayers to themselves

And some say it's the sound of their soul that you hear....

    The bells of Notre Dame..

    Listen, they're beautiful,no?

So many different sounds, changing moods,

You know they don't ring all by themselves....

  • the best last note ever!!!

    so good!

  • @wellsphere1 Greek is better. This is just... off. It's a pseudo-octave change.

  • the hebrew one is FANTASTIC

  • the hebrew one is indeed one of the best versions!

  • You have to see the dutch one. I think that's the best version

  • I LOVE THIS SONG 8D

  • la voix de Clopin est extra dans cette version! <3

  • ישראל והספה יפה שלך. . . אני מת עליכן!!

  • @ASGraham90

    שפה* XD

  • May I suggest the Portuguese and the Greek versions? They hit the last note in a great tune ;)

  • @LienPT which portuguese, brasilian one or Portugal portuguese? Check out the swedish or norwegian one, they hit the tone perfectly:D

  • @OwlCityAlbums Those nordic versions you mentioned where great, the Swedish version's last note was just *amazing*. =D In my comment I meant the European Portuguese version, although the Brazilian Portuguese singer was quite good, too. ;)

  • Well this is a good one if not the best. Together with polish one it shares my first place :)

  • BEST VERSION!!!

  • The Hebrew translation is rather accurate o_o

  • I noticed that too, actually! XD I was very surprised.

  • I'm so proud of this singer for hitting the note! I'm listening to all the versions just to see who can manage it. GOOD JOB BUDDY!

  • i love hebrew :)

  • it isn't in the hebrew one. and the ending is much more powerful and good from the english one

  • Wow...out of four versions that I've heard, the Hebrew Clopin definitely hits the last note best (in the clearest, least strained way), in my opinion.

    Very impressive :)

  • I love the way that guy shouts "stop" in this version.

  • He actually shouts "NO!"

  • Dimensions are wrong.

  • Clopin in the Hebrew version is absolutely amazing.

  • o.o The last note is absolutely amazing. I grew up with the English but holy crap! That was epic.

  • @ElleyxTigerKitten

you're right - especially because of the rhiming phrases in hebrew "try to solve the riddle of the bells of notre-dame" and then "who is the monster and who is the man (mi hamiflezet umi ha'adam - in hebrew)

  • @ElleyxTigerKitten simply magnificent. It's wonderful to hear the language I love in such a beautiful song.

  • Oh wait, the final note is not Paul! :(

  • Paul Kandel is amazing! No one can hit that E5 like him!

  • שיר מדהים, והמילים גם הן.

  • lucky the last word doesn't need translating, eh? They'd have been buggered if it did

  • Please, could you post Hellfire in Hebrew? It's probably the only HoND song missing... I'd be very grateful!

  • The link you've posted earlier doesn't work anymore :(

  • im learning hebrew for a few years, and i ve understand almost every words! Happy me ^^

  • that was good too :D..

  • This is the only language except for the scandinavian ones that hasn't cheated on that last note. (Well, Norway was sneaky and lowered it a little)

  • i swear I heard the word "bells" near the end of the "sing the bells, bells, bells, bells..." part.. (around 5:24 or so) But hey... what can I say? Everyone loves that last note, no matter what language....

  • They say "Pa'amoney hanotredam"

  • HE says "paamonei" which actually does mean "bells (of)"

  • The dutch version didn't copy the English one either.

  • the best version!

  • WOW - the guy who dubbed Clopin - what a voice he has!! I've noticed in a few of the other languages, the voice over sneakily let them keep the final note on this song, the one done by the English singer. But in this one he went for the final note, and what a difficult note for any man to hit!! I'm very impressed by him!

  • I agree! I'd noticed that in a couple of other languages, too, but this guy had the balls to go for it! Kudos to him and his smexy, smexy voice.

  • Can anyone transcribe in English what Clopin's saying from 4:55 onward?

  • Evill frollo gave the baby a name which means "Half-Made" Quasimodo,

Try please to solve what is hidden in the riddle of the Bells of Notre Dam, Who is the monster and who is the man, with the voices of the rings of the bells of Notre Dam.

  • @Seyphfa

.The cruel frolo gave the baby a name wich means "Helf--maked", Quazimodo.

Try to solve what is hidden in the mistery of the Notre Dame nots, who is the monster and who is the man?

In the sound of the ring of tne ring of the ring of the bells of notre dame.

    Hope i'll help :D

  • I love the part with the priest:

    LO!

Shafachta kan dam shel isha lechinam aal miftan ha notredam

Al matchpuncha gam yaik leolam hatinok me notredam.

Teshaker laadat netinecha vetomar she beha ein asham

Ach limchok et hadam lo tuchal leolam velachmok meeineya shel notredam!

  • can anybody tell me who are the voices of the different charakters in that song? I can´t read it in hebrew letters.

  • u mean the people that make the voices?

  • Yes, the man who is singing Clopin, the man who is singing Frollo and the man who is singing the deacon

  • Frollo - Eli Gornshtein

    Quasimodo - Alon Ofir

if u have the characters written in hebrew just copy their names and ill translate the names 2 u

  • Oh, this is very kind of you! Ok, I will search.

  • the priest is Ami Mendelman, and Clopin - Mumi Levi.

  • Thank you so much! I searched but I didn´t found the names. Thanks!!!

  • oh, what great voices!!!

  • oh, what great voices!!!

  • oh man he totally got the last note! wooot for him!

  • absolutely cool

  • what careful lip syncing!

  • Man...When the priest yelled i fell of my chair... I was making my homework, never saw i coming. :p

  • really?! hehe.. yes.... it was extremely frightful in that minute! hahaha

  • <3 the voice of the priest.

Hebrew versions always have the best voicse!

  • indeed

  • yeah

  • It never fails to amaze me that the producers always seem to be able to cast voice actors with voices that match in character, delivery and rhythm in the new language being dubbed as when it was originally recorded in English.

  • ! תודה

  • i just love this song

  • this is such a good version!

  • Oh wow their voices are gorgeous.

  • What was with the voice of Quasimodo's father?! It sounds so weird!

  • sore throat obviously =)

all the wintery coldness makes his throat dry

  • Yeah XD

    He's whispering...in a vert wierd way LOL.

  • אוהב את השיר הזה תודה שסמתה את הקליפ.

    thank you very much

  • HECK! Clopin REALLY held the last note a long time. I mean a LONG time. I totally would have died three times until he stopped singing XD"

I love the voices. Different, but wow oO

  • LOL XD

    ur right though :P

  • lol me too, i' be out of breathe, my lungs would break ^_^

  • The hebrew version is great!

    They're so talented!

I know the guy who does Frollo's voice, he's amazing!

He has a very deep voice.

    Wonderful.

  • I enjoy the voice of the priest, he sounds so young! Clopin also hits the high note!

  • Well Clopin's voice is ok...but priest's voice is excellent.Listen Greek Version!Clopin is absolutely perfect!

  • Clopin has a lovely rich vibratto. The gypsies are quieter when they tell her to make the baby stop crying, which I think makes more sense since they're trying to not be caught! Frollo is a little too loud and explosive, he should be quiet and menacing. MAN Clopin held that last note for a long time!

  • Wow, I havn't watched this movie for such a long time.

    Thanx for posting!

  • It's a very different Clopin (Not that it's a bad thing) I love Frollo when he i speaking, hate him when he is singing. And the priest is the best I've ever heard.

  • Hating him is the point...! :D

  • @sirib07 actually archdeacon that's higher than priest

  • Toda for posting! The Arch Decon's shout was very well done. I think this was the best dubbing I have heard for this movie!

  • I really love the Priest's voice! It's really great when he shouted XD

  • I loves the Priest's shout. He really put that emotion into the word, even if it was /only/ one word. He has a great voice!

  • Quite so, excellent job.

  • Clopin's voice sounded amazing, but I wasn't too fond of Frollo's. Good dubbing, nonetheless. :)

  • oh that was so good it fits so well....

  • the dubbing is good...but that movie does sound better in english

  • If you have it, can you please post "Heaven's Light" and "Out There" in Hebrew?

  • i love this movie to death, but something's always bothered me about this scene...

why the hell is there snow with lightning behind it?

  • it was a thundersnow :-)

  • It's unusual, but it does happen. It happened where I live a couple months ago.

  • XFD at guy yelling "NOOOOOO!"

  • Great hebrew dubbing, as usual. They're very talented!

  • BEST, BEST hebrew rocks!

  • It's very beatifull !!!

    hebrew rocks
