My husband and I have been trying for a loan modification from Saxon who got our mortgage from AmTrust. This company is a total rip off. I am about to start calling the news channels and see if they would want to investigate this "company" They should be ashamed for fleecing the American people. They are living off the suffering of people ( for no fault of their own with this economy )

Maybe a joint lawsuit with all the hundreds of people who they are robbing, would bring some satisfaction.

@Linda19730 - Yes... That is probably what needs to happen... We just finished up our Bankruptcy and ready to start over... I will be doing some videos on starting over after all this... The good news we are dept free know... But have new plans to find a small piece of property and work on being self sufficient... And make videos of the entire process... If any thing it will help some one that has to go threw it... We and your family will make it threw this... Just keep your faith....

excatly..the value of the home decreases but yet the payments still go up..why couldn't obama put a temp freeze on this..mortage companies are above the law and find so many loop holes..saxon lost our escrow account and flat out refuses to look into it..mean time we didn't know and a year later send us a foreclouser letter..then they worked something out with us, because of there fault now we have to pay 400 more a month

things will turn out over time but with the right attitude it will take less time so just know you will be winning again shortly. remember who you are and beleive me when i say you are a tryer and therefore a winner. keep trying and you will be fine.i guess right now it is very orerwhelming but that will pass and you will be able to see clearly again where you are headed and where you want to go.

hey man, i'm up here in Canada and yeah things seem the same here. the whole system seems designed to pad the pockets of the ones with the biggest pants. just keep on truckin' with the projects when you find someplace new to live, and keep big brother at bay... hopefully you can get everything vidertaped and put up on the net so that these fatcats and their greedy attempt at politics are put up for the general public to see.

The problem with america right now is that walstreet exec's got super greedy and menipulated the system and the white house is there puppet show. I know people in my family that bought a house in 05 and now are trying to get rid of it because there in over there heads and stuck with a house they can't even afford in the next 6 months because the interest alone will put them out.
