  • Doing the same shit over and over and expecting a different result is the very definition of insanity...

    ... prohibition is therefore insanity.

  • doreen is a hottie

  • Why do all reporters talk from their nose?

Anyway, marijuana prohibition is just plain ignorance.

I personally don't think a FLOWER should be taxed. But if it's the only way to stop us from bein in fear of being medicated, I'm all for it.

  • Mike Meno is so fucking hot <3 Weed advocate, snazzy dresser, fucking smart, and yummy to boot.

  • PLEEAASSSE SUB ME

  • WE should leave our differences aside and Focus to live better, I guess having a good weed helps most, but do we really stand for this?

  • rock on dc!

  • Hell ya! the MPP are freedom fighters help them guys! subscribe, get the word out to your peers. Go to their website and donate donate donate. Even a dollar helps. Smokers these guys are fighting for your rights!

  • finally

  • "as long as they rake the profit out of it"

wow, so, you can't profit of a herb, however, Pharmaceuticals make millions from medicines that could actually kill you..

.it's hypocritical, then if they take profit out of it, they should also take the profit out of pharmaceutical medicines..

  • Could not have been stated any better! Either both or neither! The cannabis culture is a lot less corrupt then the pharm culture... in fact ive heard of no corruption in the canninis selling bis.

  • thank you.

and yes it's true, it would be extremely hard to make cannabis sell corrupt, since anyone can grow it, so the dispensaries will be forced to please the costumer and make it fair, otherwise the costumer will get seeds and grow it by his or her self.

  • Jepedo4747: Except for unscrupulous dealers who adulterate their weed with ground glass and abrasive grit to increase the weight. Though that's more of a symptom of prohibition. The market needs to be regulated. When alcohol was illegal, and hence unregulated, bootleggers would strain their hooch through old Ford Model-T radiators, contaminating it with massive quantities of lead, the stuff would take huge chunks out of your central nervous system.

  • Kudos to the American people! Free the herb, and its users! Show the world that legalization works!

  • Virginia :)

  • Hehe de-tails say it properly.

  • FREE MARC EMERY !!!

  • Please do...

  • RON PAUL 2012!!!!!

    LEGALIZE BUD!!!!!

  • Ron Paul is a Republican congressman that ran for president in 2008 but he didn't win.

He is probably the best politician in Washington.

He is completely against war. He is for legalizing marijuana. He wants to end the income tax. He is also a doctor and an economist. He might run again in 2012.

Look him up on youtube hes great!

  • hell yeah, spread the word!

    :)

  • True. *Little Known Fact* Income Tax is actually an illegal law (an oxymoron, I know) it was never passed and vehemently opposed, yet so many people are forced to pay this illegal tax or spend time in jail for a refusal to pay it (Even celebrities aren't immune to the injustice. Have you noticed Wesley Snipes is nowhere to be seen lately? He's sitting in jail for income tax evasion.)

  • Have you ever been to DC? It's not easy to find white people on the streets there.

  • @tcbink Ah yes it is just walk down the street in GTown or Adams Morgan.

  • End prohibition now!

  • SUPPORT ALL THE WAY FROM NORWAY

  • It's happening people!

Hopefully the UK will see sense soon!

  • not under this govnt

  • Well, yesterday here in Canada they passed a law to not criminally charge anyone who grows less than 201 plants of marijuana.

I don't understand why America is taking so long to end these ridiculous rules

  • Wait, so if someone grows LESS then 201 marijuana plants, they won't get thrown in jail? What is it, a fine or some kind of slap on the wrist? And is it all of Canada or just a few provinces?

Because that is AWESOME and just another reason for me to move to Canada. :-D

  • Yes, less than 201 plants, they can't be charged criminally. I live in Ontario, here's from Wikipedia:

"Superior and appellate courts in Ontario have repeatedly declared Canada's marijuana laws to be of no force and effect"

    So it's pretty much decriminalized

  • @DrInfidel Same in BC. I've blazed WITH cops both Victoria and Vancouver.

  • 5 to 201 plants in Canada after bill C-15 passes will get you 2 years in jail. That ain't decriminalization.

  • 5 to 201 plants earns you a mandatory minimum of 2 years when bill C-15 comes into effect. Canada is the land that time forgot. We are drifting back into the 80's with this regressive bill.

  • Well then Canadians should make sure that the C-15 bill doesn't pass.

  • "The Liberal-dominated Senate has watered down a Conservative law-and-order bill by eliminating a requirement for marijuana growers who cultivate as few as five plants to to serve mandatory six-month jail terms.

By a 49-43 margin, the upper chamber accepted a proposal from a Senate committee on Wednesday to raise the bar to more than 201 plants, rather than stick with the original number adopted by the House of Commons earlier this year"

i.e. less than 201 plants, no mandatory time in jail

  • Yay Liberal senators!

  • it takes us forever to get anything done in this country, by next year how many people with be prosecuted for medical cannabis n d.c., we are talking about a plant with medicinal value that you cant die from

  • lmfao they only ask black ppl

    dats ractist lol

  • if they only asked white people no one would have said anything.

    now thats racist

  • Comment removed

  • DC bud, anybody?

  • Legalize it already!

  • Legalize Cannabis for all responsible adults! It's going to happen one day, why not do it already!

  • Dear Santa,

I would like to see marijuana legalized on a national level, and available as a regulated and taxed product (like alcohol), as soon as possible. Please expedite, as I am quickly growing old.
