  • One of or the best last track on an album ever

  • god I miss the 90's all we get now is commercialized, recycled, shallow crap

  • awesome, awesome song even better when they are playing it live love it

  • What a brilliant band and a brilliant album. Never got the recognition they deserved - one of the best bands I ever saw live. Superb.

  • I bought A Maximum High for my brother's birthday and promptly stole it. Absolute gold. This track is the climax to a masterpiece.

  • The best track on an absolutely classic album. I'll never understand how Oasis and Blur got so much attention when there were so many better bands around with Shed Seven being the best of the lot.

  • Class album great memories of the 90's

  • a blast from the past puts one hell of a smile on my face not forgetting that last grin ;)

  • Loved this band back at the time, this song being my favorite on the amazing, underated album

  • fags, drink, drugs and an overall carefree period... now im stuck in this rat race with the only goal being money, property and stability..... 2011 i`m thinking about a bit of a renaissance period of some description, perhaps a spot of time travel to 1995

  • @munchulike

Oh man,you got that spot on!!

  • This song. Well fucking goose bumps or what

  • This song. Fucking goose bumps or what.

  • Shed seven r a top band !! seen them a lot live in scotland and they never let the fans down !

  • fucking awesome band

  • saw them on saturday at Splendour think they are doing V too this year !

  • They still are the most under rated band the world has ever seen.

  • what ever happened to these boys? they where awesome!

  • Paul Banks is the best gutairist of his generation, one of the most underrrated players of all time, right alongside Nik Ronson, another gutarist nevr to gain the credit he so richly deserved..!

  • @MG3AEH

john squire was the best guitarist of his generation.... with paul banks a close second

  • Sheds coming to Shrews 1st of July!!!!!!!

    Happy days.

  • TUNE!!!!!!!!!!

  • Probably the best live indie band ever.....!!!!!

  • Sheds top of their game last night in Brum.A bit of The Stones and Stone Roses thrown in for good measure too.

    Another simply breathtaking live performance.Again.

  • heaven for my ears!!!

  • Only 7000 views of this song, just shows how bloody underrated this band is!

  • Seen them many times.Still one of the best live bands out there. Can't wait 'till December!

PS. Isn't this song called maximum high?

  • No dude. This song is called Parallel Lines, off the Album Maximum High

  • Quite right! I had to check it on my copy.I've known it as the wrong title for over 10 years lol!

Another bizarre false memory, must be my age.

  • Ufortunate to appear in the same time as Oasis and Blur, they had to tour USA to get away from Blur and Oasis

  • Best performer i have ever seen live

  • one off there best songs live ! cant wait to see them in bonnie scotland in december !

    very under rated band

  • changed my mind! tis a fuckin awsome tune. just cant wait to see them on tour this december

  • not sure about being their best song but its a corker!

shame there is no vidoe of making waves on here!

  • i think this is their best, fukking a.

  • Shed Seven are pure class

  • oooo my god...scarily amazing!!!!

  • Absolute class! One of the tightest bands you'll see

  • Totally love Shed Seven, one of the best bands of the 90s, should have enjoyed infinitive dizzying heights, loads better than other bands of similar ilk (Oasis, etc). Rick Witter is a total God! This track, and The Return, are in my top ten fave tracks of all time.

    Bring back Shed Seven!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Maximum High is one of the best albums ever. Probably my most listened to album!!!!

  • @schemelybeamely i never skip a track mate..... ever !!! how many albums can you do that with :)

  • awesome song from an awesome band, best thing to come out of york since the grand ole duke

  • I definately don't rate Oasis, Noel is ok taken out on his own, but Liam is just a droning f**k that needs putting down. Shed 7 were twice the band they'll ever be...

  • as sweet as when it first came over the radio

  • just when you thought you got over the nineties....;)

  • thank you very much

  • Superb video... don't suppose any of this footage was from Leeds Town & Country during 1996? I live in York and see Rick walking around quite a bit, plus had the chance to see him lead The Dukes at a tiny venue in York. Genius band.... I think a lot of people miss them.
