Wow that looks so yum, after a visit to texas n trying brisket i had to learn how to do that. Now i cook it for my family and they love it. Took alot of failed efforts but I have a good system now with just a weber kettle. Im probably one a few people I know here in Australia that can actually cook a brisket and it is delicious
I've gotta tell you buddy, that brisket is making me CRAZY! I've been looking at quite a few BBQ videos in the past two weeks, and your brisket is the most mouth watering and torturous I've seen!!! WOW!
