I wouldn't mind one, but there's two problems:

1. It's 300 bucks, even with a trade in that's still $100 more then the Lite, and trade in in Australia are just horrendous, ie. 25 bucks for a DS

2. My G6 Lite needs a GBA slot to work, not that I really needed it, seeing I have like 20 real games anyway, but still the G6 is good for English patches of games like Soma bringer, which was excellent.

holly shit, your operations manual looks so much different to my Australian one, mine like, maybe 2 thirds of the width, and the from is a sort of cream colour with three coloured circles, brown red and dark blue, never realized that sort of thing would look so different.

Absolutely, I believe it is. It's not that big of a jump from the DS Lite to the DSi, from the original DS? It might as well be a completely different system.

Losing the GBA slot sucks, but you can always hang onto your original DS in case you ever have the hankering to play a GBA game.

Well, I always thought the buttons (A + B) on the DS Lite weren't aligned properly to really play GBA games properly and there was no way to configure it to, say, use Y for B and B for A instead (which would have been good for that).
