@undrwrldangel24 Yeah Pillars of Earth the book is huge, its a shame I'd l;ove to read it but maybe one day I'll sit down and actually have a go. The series was incredible though, I really enjoyed it. I read somewhere that there is another book that takes place after "Pillars Of Earth" so hopefully one day they might adapt that for Tv too.
great update. Exit Through the gift shop has to be the best doco i have seen in the last 5 years. some great movies there but them walking dead are good volumes i have read up to the latest and just keeps getting better.
Watchmen graphic novel is amazing, really dense. Love the opening shot btw! I just got The Walking Dead v6&7, v6 is kind meh so far but hopefully it picks up. I thought SALT was fairly mediocre, the only thing the really packed any punch was revelation in the DirCut ending. Pillars of the Earth looks good though I have no idea what it's about but Ian McShane is always watchable, he was amazing in Deadwood.
@fergmaster Pillars Of Earth is incredible, I really think you would like it. Its a series that really grows on you and even though its only 8 episodes you really get a good understanding of the characters. Ian Mcshane is awesome, I really really need to see Deadwood!
I had no desire to see Salt but I may try it since you liked it. Exit Through The Gift Shop is great but some of it felt too convenient for me. Regardless it's a super entertaining movie. The Pillars Of The Earth is one I've been interested in and now I really want to see it. Great update.

I've read about half of Watchmen and it really is excellent. Have you watched the movie yet? The Walking Dead is so epic, I've got V4 here to read. i don't want to b/c I don't have V5 and I know I'll want it as soon as I'm done! :) The Expendables was pretty good. I knew Arnie was only going to cameo but I expected Bruce Willis to feature more than he did. I thought Salt looked a bit iffy but hearing you talk about it like that really makes me want to give it a go.
@CaptainJackHarkness4 I watched the movie finally and really enjoyed it. I only watched the theatrical cut, do you not what extra bits are in the DC version? Apparently I read somewhere that if they do and Expendables 2 Bruce Willis is going to be the main villain in that one so he'll have alot more screen time.
@AmyPondFAN30 Yeah Charmisma Carpenter plays Jason Stathams girlfriend in it. They never mention that fact that shes in it, just that "Arnold Swarzenneger" and "Bruce Willis" are in it but in fact shes in the movie more than both of them combined lol.
I was gonna get that Expendables steelbook but then I heard it didn't have the 46 minute Q&A that the blu ray in region 1 had. Now Im undecided. What else would you of liked from that movie it sounded great to me
@Macktube No it does haven't that but it does have a 90min "making of" called "Inferno" its an extra DVD thats exclusive to the steelbook I think. Apparently theres going to be a sequel and they have alot of great action stars lined up to be in it.

I love the Salt steelbook design as well. Very excited to see it. Still haven't had the time to sit down and watch it.
Pillars of the Earth is one of my favorite mini-series. It was sooo good. I do want to read the book, but like you said, the thing is massive!

@Bigal1982 Exit Through The Gift Shop is brilliant, one of the best documentaries I've seen, I managed to pick it up in HMV whilst it was cheap.
