The Master is back!

Remember the drums only the master heard? 4 times... sort of fits into place.

Actually, they seem to deny the Master coming back. They said that viewers are likely to guess WRONG about the four knocks, saying that it is NOT the obvious answer.

He may come back in some nightmare sequences, but not properly, I'm hearing. The real enemy may, in fact, be death itself.

Hi, series 5 is going to be 4(?) specials because it was either that or loose David Tennant a year sooner. This was one of them. It will return as a full season next year with Matt Smith.

It's hidden somewhere deep in the DW articles on Wikipedia. It says (if I remember well) that an adversary of Doctor's (not sure if it was the Master) did that a while ago. But it was somehow immoral/wrong/unhealthy/in some other way not consistent with Doctor's principles. Part of me wants the scriptwriters/producers to find a way of extending his life, but other part tells me that would be artificial, stupid and wrong^^ What I know for sure is that I want MOAR DOCTA.

Well they made the name Torchwood before they started making series 1 of DW. They used it as a codename to send DW videos etc. so that no one knew what it was, they can't use it anymore lol.

I've always found her style of comedy acting a little OTT for my tastes. The most obvious example of that in Dr Who which really made me wince was her delivery of the line "you want TO mate???" in her first episode of the last series.

Ironically I enjoyed her performance best when she wasn't 'in character' during the parallel universe sequences in the Library.

To a comment made earlier The master sealed his essence in his ring, much like the doctor did with his pocket watch. And it was established the Time lord Council cloned/resurected the master for the time war but he ran away lol which in all fairness is what the master would have done probably calculating the end result before it happened. So his body is dead but i'm sure he'll find another Hopefully not younger this time, I liked an aged master, hell i liked an aged doctor...

yes-but there needs to be more than a wheel and a clamp to CONTROL a flying bus. The way it moves you'd need the wheel and another Axis to control Up/down direction. and the ony thing Zoe Slater does to make the bus go up when she controls it is turn the wheel left and right.
