the best amount of light for most plant seedlings is16 hours on ,8 hrs dark

they will grow in 24hrs light no problem but a much less robust plant.

either way ...once it's transplanted it will grow out of any seedling/light issues. The bigger issue will be lack of airflow and and damp mold breeding environment.

some holes in the bottle would help big time,

I never got around to using it lol, but the light spectrums from the LEDS is proven to grow plants efficiently
