I have won a holiday in Tromso next spring, never been so far north, hope its warmer in June.

It was only -2oC when we were there which isn't cold (I've been to Prague when it was -14 now that was cold. June will be lovely and plus you will pretty much have 24 hour sunlight then.

Went to Tromso a few years ago. It was pretty cold, but beautiful. Also home to the world's most northerly brewery - Mack.
