Do you know why he wears that big clock around his neck? In the 80's it was common street lingo to tell someone "Man, you don't even know what time it is!" as kind of an insult. So there's his big ass clock, showing that he's "with it" all the time.

Okay, where to begin? I love Flava Flav and public enemy. I first started listening to this song years ago. I'm now a paramedic and it grates on my nerves a little. I still think the song is good but you people need to understand the message is twisted. We can't go into a scene if it's unsafe. We don't have a choice, it's what we're trained to do. Wich hospitals did they close when times got tough? Mary Immac(S, Jamaica), St. Mary's(Bed Stuy), not Lennox Hill or Roosevelt. Even Victory hospital has been closed(It's ambulances responded to allot of calls in coney island). All of the closed hospitals provided badly needed ambulances in black neighborhoods.
